Have used Move For Less quite a few times for van hire now. Always very easy to deal with the team in the office and the vans they provide are clean throughout. The staff talk you through the controls for the tail and make sure you're happy before leaving. The 24 hour drop off really helps. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Following the death of my father, I have dealt with a multitude of different firms and Government departments. The one service that stands out miles above the rest, was the service I received from Move For Less. They were professional and competent throughout, including on the removal day itself. A very well organized process and I will never have any doubts about wholeheartedly recommending their service to anyone. Was in there area shopping and decided to go to Thai Select. I ordered the chicken coconut soup & the shrimp salad. The flavors were on point! The perfect blend of sweet, sour & salty. After posting my review, Oscar from Move for Less called me to apologize for my experience. He listened to my concerns and offered few options to make things right. At the end, I was satisfied with his offer and decided to extend my storage dates at a discounted rate. I appreciate his effort to ensure customer satisfaction. I felt like they really care for their business and customers. I will still need to hire them when I'm moving my items from their storage. I am hoping it will be a better experience.

They arrived 2 hours late, and told me that they have have been calling me for 30 min and I gave a wrong number on the file. On the other hand there office had the correct number who had been texting me about the arrival of movers.
Next thing, I have moved 1 bedroom apartments 2-3 times before and it takes roughly between two and two and half hours. These guys took 6 hours. They were the most slowest movers. I told them the elevator are only reserved till 2pm so they need to hurry, even then

Move for Less was timely and responsive to my request for a quote in support of an upcoming move from Seattle to Olympia. The two young men who then handled the move were professional, friendly, and hard working. They expertly wrapped and protected my furniture, and loaded everything into the truck with focus. Everything arrived at my new home without any damage, and unloading it went as well and quickly as loading did.

Move for less moved our stuff from Seattle to Spokane and the experience was smooth and exceeded expectation from beginning (quote/scheduling) to finish! I was most happy that the movers were able to fit everything in the truck -- there wasn't a lot of extra space, so they had to use the space well. We also had a professional elliptical and treadmill that they handled. They were FAST and courteous from beginning to end. UPDATE: one of the owners of the company called me (a week after my move and this original review) to make things right. He offered to refund the amount that I thought I had been overcharged which I appreciated. I was impressed that he made the follow up call so have added an additional star to my rating. I told him that his email quote should clearly say "3 Hour Minimum", instead of expecting people to read the quote via email, then click on "view my quote" and then scroll all the way to the bottom where it does say "3 hour minimum".

Overall a great experience. After waffling between moving companies for weeks (to be fair, I've never had to hire movers before and I kept hearing/reading about many nightmare scenarios and was trying to mitigate that as much as possible), I finally chose Move for Less. They vere very communicative from the time I requested a quote (perhaps a bit too much, at times), to moving day. Alan was the foreman for my move and he and his partner were great! They wrapped all of my furniture which I thought was really awesome. I've moved across the country a few times and never had a moving company take such good care of my things. The price was reasonable and the work was great! Moving out from Merrill Gardens during the Corona Virus was quite a complicated experience, especially since I was very traumatized from being kept prisoner there for six weeks before the move! I moved into Merrill Gardens this past November, as an Independent resident since I couldn't find a regular senior apartment in the location I wanted.
