My cat got trapped in the bedrooms when people closed the door without checking for her and she ripped up a solid portion of my carpet...3 bedroom doorways needed repaired! NF Carpet came out within a few days and they were in and out in about an hour total. The pricing is definitely fair and their customer service is top notch. If we weren't moving out of state I'd definitely use them for future repairs. :) Absolutely worth your time and money. Thanks again, and so sorry it took me so long to write the review.

We've used them for years and the service has always been spectacular. Always friendly and on time. We've used them mainly for carpet cleaning but just recently we used them for some repairs to carpet in our master bedroom. I was very impressed! Even though the carpet was about five years old they were able to add a new piece of carpet in and blended it in so well it's very hard to tell where the old carpet stopped and the new began. I would highly recommend them!!! I understand they now do tile and wood floors now too.

Fantastic family own business and friendly every time we have had our carpet cleaned over the years. I run a Daycare and they work with me the time and date which is good for me to have it done. They are truly amazing! We have white couches that were in dire need of cleaning. I tried cleaning them myself with little luck. NF Carpet Care to the rescue! Our couches look almost brand new!!!! We had NF Carpet Care come out to clean a carpet from our camping trailer that smelled like a stinky sponge. My husband had tried to power wash it himself and then sun dry it - but with no luck. We were about to toss it but someone recommended NF to get it cleaned. It looks brand new and smells great now. We're stoked they got the smell out and we didn't have to replace it.

Holy Customer Service, Batman! NF Carpet Care blew me away with the unbelievable quality of service and accommodation of my time constraints. We were moving out of our rental and the carpets didn't look as good as I hoped after taking the furniture out. When NF Carpet Care was finished they looked as good as new! I was truly amazed! This is my 2nd time using NF cleaners. I just have to say I love love them! . Prices are competitive, the 2 men working are very very nice, and very efficient. I make it a point to have my carpets cleaned twice a year. I highly recommend taking shoes off at the door to keep the carpet kept clean fyi. You won't be disappointed. They showed up in the time frame quoted as well.

NF Carpet Care has been cleaning our office suite carpets for years. Not only do they provide top level professionalism but they are fully insured and bonded for our building. They did such a good job, they clean our home carpets too. I will be working to have them clean our tile floors too now. I'm new to the area and found NFCC on yelp. I called and spoke to Jarren (probably spelled that wrong) and needed our carpets cleaned ASAP. We just moved into a condo and the previous owner had cats and I am allergic and couldn't stop sneezing. She squeezed us in and gave us a special they had on promo. The technicians (both named Nathan) came in and within 10 min my allergies were gone. They both were very professional and paid close attention to detail from start to finish.
