John was great in replying to me shortly afterwards to discuss the possibility of damage done to my hubcap but it was just grease on it and not gouges like I had thought!!! Awesome I would recommend them for anything Ford!!! Thank you guys!!!

Was passing through Lufkin several months ago when my check engine came on and my truck started vibrating. I took it to the service department and told them what was happening. When they figured out I was in a bind (was traveling with 2 young children), they took my truck straight in and figured out the issue, fixed the problem, and had me back on the road within an hour. Would highly recommend this service department. They were super friendly and very responsive.

The staff at Lufkin Ford are polite, kind, friendly and will work very hard to get you the vehicle you want. Our salesman Micheal Taylor was very knowledgeable and patient. He provided a no pressure, pleasant experience. As a General Motors guy, the experience I had, along with my wife has made me consider a Ford product for myself in the future. The BEST experience I have ever had at a dealership. Jeremy Harrison and Jerald Hale treated me and the husband as royalty and like we had a million dollars in the bank. Had one of my best car buying experiences from Al Meyer Ford to date. I would highly recommend asking for Mike as he certainly went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I had the perfect car buying experience. A true professional with no back and forth games. The overall dealership had a friendly atmosphere no pressure atmosphere.

I walked in to test drive for a promotion and they treated me like crap. They just sat in their chairs did not care what I said and then I asked them to take down my number and they just said no we don't do that. Just drive all the way back over here. Keep in mind I was a new ford customer and this is what I got. Keep away.

Came in for an oil change on our f350 diesel truck on our road trip from Montana. After it was done my husband felt the truck running poorly and went back to see what was wrong. He was told nothing was wrong. So today after hooking our trailer, she would only go about 5 mph. Turns out they drained the six quarts out of the transmission instead of the oil and overfilled the oil. Can not get them to document how they screwed up the service. Can't trust anything they do.

I can't comment on their services as a body shop. I haven't had my car fixed at Al Meyer. But as a tow service they were wonderful. Came all the way from Lufkin to tow me to a shop in Nacogdoches. They were very quick and professional. The gentleman who was sent by the company was super fast and friendly. Thank you!!

It's unfortunate that the customer service at ford dealerships has resulted in the loss of another customer because I sure do love my escape but I am not willing to endure any mistreatment to keep it. About 8 years ago Ford lost my dads business due to poor customer service at a dealership in Michigan but I had my heart set on an escape so we decided to give Al Meyer Ford a chance and here we are ready to trade it in.Making a long story short...First time on the lot salesman Mike Grainger gave me a huge spiel about the great deals and incentives I would qualify for the following day considering
