I used the Kelley blue book instant cash option to sell my 2015 Nissan Altima with low mileage. I was quoted a little over 14,000 cash. Rex Perry Autoplex contacted me and wanted to set up a meeting to check the car. I obliged and arrived later that day. I did not meet the salesman I was supposed to meet, and the one that I did meet lowballed me with a 5,500 dollar offer! I was upfront about all the damages to the vehicle that I could see, but the salesman told me it had “hail damage” all over it. It has two dents, and bumper damage.

This being my second visit for an oil and filter change, the first time was in needing a bracket for my GMC Sierra Elevation’s front license plate holder as the truck was purchased from a Canadian where front plates weren’t needed and the third being today as I busted my passenger side mirror I have experienced all aspects of the business. I’ve met with sales, parts and service and everyone had been friendly, courteous and helpful.

As always, I'm always impresses with the service writers (i. e. Julio Flores) who knows how to take of my car and knows the right questions to ask. I rarely ever have any contact with the people who actually work on my car but the seem to care just as much. This speaks well of the Rex Perry culture (at least from a customer point of view).

Great service right from the start. Vincent walked up with his food in hand and after 2 hours of working with us he still had not touched his meal. With a Mission first mentality, this place will continue to turn out satisfied customers. Not sure on the official titles but the 'Office Manager and Finance Department' were on point. Best car buying experience hands down.
