Every construction project is carefully managed from start to finish by one of our experienced project managers. Over the years we have been involved with the construction of ice arenas, gymnasiums, warehouses, self storage facilities, retail stores, factories, churches, parking garages and offices.
We also place various types of exterior concrete, including sidewalks, aprons, pervious concrete, and heavy duty pavement. We are equipped with all necessary equipment required to complete any project, big or small. Our Somero Laser Screeds, Power Rakes, ride-on trowels and Copperheads are kept in top working order by our knowledgeable full time mechanical staff.

Services
Jose Almeida started the business in 1980, after working for other contractors since 1962. He brought a wealth of knowledge and experience along with his desire to move forward with newer direction and technology. Many of his principles are still applied today in the day-to-day operations at Lonsdale Concrete Floors.
Our primary goal is to work together so that all employees return safely to their families at the end of each and every work day. We are constantly on the lookout to eliminate any unsafe conditions that may potentially result in an injury. All of our employees are involved in weekly "Tool Box Talks" that reviews safety policies and procedures.
