As a client, you are a member of the team as we work together in the design process to create aesthetically pleasing, comfortable, sustainable and functional structure. Our custom architectural designs have received awards from the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and recognition for our Sustainable, Green Projects.
Our Headquarters Building for the Washington State Parks and Recreation Committee is certified as a "LEED GOLD" Project. We designed the 2012 Inspiration Home that showcases many 'green' and state of the art energy conserving features. The Home was built with SIPS (Structural Insulated Panels) and has a DHP (Ductless Heat Pump) that allows the home to use a very small fraction of electricity used by traditional built homes.
