Hands-down this was the easiest and best moving experience I have ever had. I was in a pinch and needed somebody to help me move in between Christmas and New Year's. Jason and his team were polite, careful, and respectful with my belongings. I recommend this company to anyone moving. This could not have gone any better. These guys are awesome! I did some research and JAM was the most affordable company in town. I was basically just looking for a couple guys and a big truck to move stuff from my storage unit to my new house. That's what I got with JAM, but they were also super professional, prompt, and they worked fast! Plus, they were very careful with my property, and used protective blankets, straps, etc with the delicate items. Glad I hired them!

They damaged the cabinets in my boyfriend's apartment, then acted like they didn't do it. The old guy( might be the owner) was complaining the entire time about moving two 1 bedroom apartments. I had 2 Alex drawers damaged as well, I definitely would recommend going with a different company.
*** you must have us confused we had no boxes and you we talked to your employee who said you did damaged the cabinet and you denied it while he tried to fix it right in front of us. None of your examples applied to us. It was just a bad move and y'all damaged our furniture and the cabinets

I highly recommend Jam Moving. First of all they blew the competition away when it comes to price. The move was handled professionally and quickly. Everything arrived at the destination intact and the property sustained no damage getting things in and out. What else could you ask for. Now, if your looking for brand new equipment and fancy uniforms Jam is probably not for you. If professional, efficient, and caring about the job is. Give Jam Moving a chance.

I hate giving any small business a bad review, since I know that it can be the make or break factor in deciding if a provider is right for you, but unfortunately my interaction with the owner of this company was worthy of a review.
I had booked this company weeks in advance to do a home to storage move. The owner had explained to me the pricing and that if we were to go over the time, there would be an extra hourly fee, a la flexibility in the ending time.

Jason and Darrell just moved me from Overland Park to Olathe and I couldn't be more grateful for their services. Jason is the owner of this moving company and he kept me updated via text regarding his arrival time; he was even able to come a little earlier than expected! I chose him based on the quote he gave, which was significantly less than others in the KC Area. Had a wonderful experience with these guys! They were on time, considerate of my concerns with some of my furniture, wrapped things up in shrink wrap, were very careful to put blankets on things to protect them, and worked quickly and efficiently without being careless. These guys were great and very economical compared to others that quoted. Showed up on time. Worked incredibly fast and efficient. Protected all the goods with blankets and plastic wrap. Able to quickly take apart my cheap ikea furniture and put it all back together with ease. Couldn't really ask for much more. I'll never move myself nor ask friends to help move ever again.

One word to sum up JAM Moving ... WOW! I have used many moving services over the years and none come close to JAM. Jason (owner) and Craig we're right on time, careful and quick. Their rates are reasonable, and I couldn't believe how fast they got my moving done. There's a reason for all of their 5-star reviews and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality moving services.

I hired JAM Moving based solely off of their Yelp reviews and I have to say that the high rating is definitely deserved! They accommodated my move which included four staircases on a hot and very humid morning with zero complaints. They were extremely punctual, worked quickly, were very polite and all of my items arrived at the new location in perfect condition- not so much as a scratch on anything. Top this off with a reasonable price, and JAM Moving is a winner. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

We used a reputable mover last year who quoted us a 4-man crew, then sent 5 -- and charged us for the 5th without asking us. In the long run, the move seemed efficient enough, but the bill almost gave us a heart attack.
However, THIS time, we took a chance on JAM, and are glad we did. My wife and I still can't pinpoint exactly why, but JAM's 2-man crew moved us FASTER than the five we had just a few months ago--and for 1/3 the cost. Sooooooo much happier.
I will say that JAM was more urgent with the move, which could be a detriment, but we had no issues. They wrapped our furniture
