Amazing customer service! They installed our floors in November 2019. Great prices and selection. Our floors still look new. We recently noticed a few minor areas where the wood splintered. We also had one board pop up (maybe because our home was 40 degrees for a few days during the Texas power outages/1 degree weather). Called Brenda from Carpet Outlets - she is very helpful /friendly. She sent Bruce to access the wood within 30 minutes of my call. They're going to repair the floors for no charge. Both Brenda and Bruce offered great customer service! Please check them out!

It was a pleasure experience to work with Bruce. From the get go, he has been very helpful to find out exactly what I need. Since I am out of town and can only be at the house on one Saturday, he has tried his best to accommodate that. I'm very happy with the outcome of the carpet. The rooms look beautiful. Oh by the way, the price is a lot lower than others in the area.

This was a very positive experience. Tina assisted me when I came in on a Saturday and I thought she was great. Exactly what I was needing - friendly, kind and knowledgeable about the type of rugs to steer me towards. They have great pricing too. Why anyone would go to a Home Depot or Lowe's is beyond me when you have them in town. Same or better products but with GREAT service. Rugs arrived in a timely fashion as well. And thank you to Bruce (the owner) - he was very responsive and accessible on some questions I had about one of the rugs.

I visited Carpet Outlet of Texas last week three times to look at carpet for my home in Lakewood. I first spoke with Marty and he was very informative. On my second trip I spoke with Brenda and she was was also very nice. So after finding several carpet samples I liked, I then scheduled Marty to come out and get accurate measurements on 8/24. Later that day I called to get the total install price for the carpets I was thinking of purchasing. There was some confusion so I drove down to the store to speak with Marty directly. I drove about 15 miles to their location specifically to see some products I saw on their website. When I arrived, there was a women and a man in the store. I asked to see vinyl plank flooring that I had seen on their website, and the man pointed me to the most expensive kind of vinyl plank flooring and refused to show me anything else. Twice I asked about the products I had seen online which were on sale, and twice he just pointed to the expensive one and said that was what I needed. I will never try to business with him again.

Recently we had an flooding event involving a broken pipe which necessitated us replacing some carpet padding which had deteriorated when exposed to water. Although the carpet itself dried nicely, the padding was ruined.
It turns out purchasing a small amount of carpet padding is not quite as easy as it sounds. The purchase of a "roll" is easy as they are available in many places, but a piece 5'x14' is not. Long story short. In desperation a blind request was posted via Yelp to several folks who sell carpet/flooring in this area. The responses were pretty much the same

Carpet Outlets of Texas had the best carpet and flooring from which to choose, and at a great price. The sales, measurement, and installation processes were easy and everyone was incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly. We still have more flooring to replace in our home and plan to use Carpet Outlets of Texas for all of our flooring needs without shopping around because we now know they are the BEST!

We are very pleased with our new carpet! We went to Lowe's, Home Depot and a few other carpet stores in the area and Carpet Outlet had a better price than all of them! The Free installation helped us save even more.
The saleswoman, I think her name was Brenda really knew her stuff. We told her what we wanted to spend and gave her our room sizes. She figured out how much carpet we would need and showed us carpets in our price range.

I requested a carpet quote via Yelp and had five quick replies! Tina was so thorough and helpful, she had Bruce scheduled the next day to meet at the property. Bruce measured and the very next day I had my new carpet installed! Best price, best service & great looking bedrooms! Bruce figured out ways to cut the carpet as to use the 'would be' scrap to do the closets saving me even more! I've been doing reviews for years on here and doubt that anyone has earned 5 stars from me until today! I'll never go anywhere else for carpet.

This was our first stop out of 5 for the day to look at the Big Green Egg and gather pricing and package information. We had called a few locations and had already received but wanted to see them in person. The customer service and pricing was so great that we didn't even go to another store. They have a great selection of products, with friendly associates who know their products and to top it off they offered the best pricing for the Big Green Egg. I can't wait to put the egg to use and come back to the store to purchase more accessories.

In the spring of 2015 we purchased vinyl plank flooring from Carpet Outlets. From the moment the installer arrived we had issues.
(1) The manufacturer and in store personnel recommended a moisture barrier underneath the product but the installer showed up without it and claimed he never put it under this type of flooring. After he made a call to Carpet Outlets he went to Home Depot and purchased a moisture barrier (even though Carpet Outlets keeps it in stock). Further, it appeared that the installer had never laid the plastic barrier before because when they were done it was crunchy underneath

Always accommodating and the best prices in DFW! Was surprised by what all they offered (all types of flooring, granite, clocks and my new favorite the Big Green Egg). Didn't go in because of Angie's List, but now I know why they are so highly ranked. Never wasting my time shopping elsewhere again and going straight to Carpet Outlets!
