I wish I knew about this place earlier. I would have saved so much time and energy searching the best countertops and other needed accessories for our kitchen project. They have some of the finest countertops at the absolute best pricing possible. I have no idea how any of the other businesses out there can even compete with this place given their pricing and quality. If you are starting your kitchen project look nowhere else. It will just be a waste of time and energy...

Wow, I have absolutely NO IDEA how this place has a 4.8/5.0 rating on Google. A Yelp rating is much more representative. Rude, unprofessional, poor customer service, lack of selection, no inventory, and a hole in the wall. Location is all the way down a dead end road and they do not have a showroom so if you are looking for a showroom you are not going to find it here. They have a small selection of counter tops lined up on an outside wall. They have check marks on the selected sizes only to be told "no, we don't have that. Just in slab." Then what are the check marks for indicating

Great selection of Granite, marble, and engineered stone. On top of that, inexpensive vessel sinks, sinks, etc.
I needed a piece of stone/countertop and my usual go to is the competition- H cabinet. However, H Cab is NOT open on the weekend, and they're not as attentive as GFD is. I worked with David, and he is super awesome; showed my wife and me a ton of different pieces and then gave me a deal I could not refuse.
I highly recommend working with David and going to GFD if you want quality pieces at excellent prices. My bathroom is now complete and I'm looking forward to going back

Nazeli was such a big help in choosing the pieces that I needed and made the buying and return process smooth. Purchasing counter tops can indeed be a bit intimidating and overwhelming, but Nazeli was very patient and made me feel comfortable. In addition to my quartz order, I purchased a sink but it ended up being the incorrect size. Nazeli and my installer who picked up my order were able to resolve the issue quickly and was able to get me the correct size, refund and repurchase the correct one with minimum involvement needed from me. On June 5, 2020, my contractor picked up 4 quartz slabs ordered via telephone based upon material samples. He demo'd my kitchen preparing for installation. Upon unwrapping the material, he saw that all 4 slabs were defective with discoloration and markings. I called the store and was told by the clerk that he knew that batch of slabs was defective but failed to tell staff not to give them out but rather take from a replacement batch. I explained his failure to notify his staff of that resulted in unnecessary extra time on behalf of my contractor to exchange the material, and in turn has cost

This review is for this company's cabinet store which is located at 7010 Carroll Rd, San Diego, Ca 92121. My wife and I bought a set of cabinets for the whole kitchen from this place. We had preordered the cabinets pending final measurement of our kitchen. We called in to finalize our transaction and to make a payment. The sales agent said that one of the base drawer cabinets is not in stock and we had to replace it with a two door cabinet with additional cost. So, my wife agreed. When it was time pick up our cabinets, the store said we had to change the same piece cabinet once again

We have been buying and flipping houses for over 10 years in San Diego. We have worked with 100's of vendors. They quoted us pricing on cabinets and when our guy showed up to pick them up the pricing changed quite a bit. They did this to us on 2 occasions. When we called to voiced our concerns they did not care. They are the worse customer service company we have worked with. Stay clear if this company .

Originally contacted through craigslist. I indicated time and date of arrival and was fairly clear with my needs and was provided a quote. I arrived with cash, ready to go.
Should have been a simple sale, but a woman named Ally didn't want to be bothered with a customer. She shooed me off (very crankily) and said to wait 5 mins.
20 mins later she only came out to get me to move my car for ANOTHER customer. So I left instead.
I went to San Diego Granite and put a deposit on some far better material, and they treated me like a valued customer.
Never give your business to a company that
