I recently move to recently moved to Vancouver, WA and was looking for a contractor to remodel my new home: replace the carpets with hardwood floors, update the counters in the kitchen and bathrooms to white quartz, replace the sinks in the bathrooms with inline sinks, paint the cabinets in the bathroom and add hardware, change the cooktop from electric to gas, update the kitchen sink, upgrade the shower as well as a few other general upgrades. I asked my real-estate agent as well as others for a recommendation but none were forthcoming so I turned to the internet where I found Mr.Tapia Maintenance

Marco came to my rescue! I had a hot water leak and wood damage in several rooms. He did such a great job, I just had to ask if he would remodel 2 bathrooms and he did! He works with a an awesome crew, each specializing in the type of job that needs to be done. I loved Marco’s personality. He was casual, yet professional. He has a great sense of humor, and he gives honest opinions about the work you need or want done. I will definitely be requesting services in the future as I already have a project in mind.

I contacted Marcos after experiencing a flood in my bathroom/bedrooms. He was on time, knowledgeable, and provided a very reasonable bid for the work. I ended up doing most of the work myself except the drywall finishing. Marcos was still happy to assist sending one of his guys over who did a fantastic job including keeping the dust as contained as possible. I recommend him to go over your next project with.

The work required relocating a 3'x3' door that is trimmed to match the house siding, relocating a vent pipe (about 20') that protrudes from the siding, and moving a hose water spigot about 20' over and 6' down, also protruding from the siding. The work was
