We have dealt with one in particular heating and air company in Eaton Ohio for 13 years but NEVER AGAIN! I can't mention their name but if your from Eaton I'm sure you will know who it is. We bought their recommended high end air handler and heat pump, paid their required yearly service contract to come out and clean and service twice a year which as we understood was required for our systems warranty. This past summer our heat pump was blowing hot air said company came out and told us we needed to install a completely new air handler and heat pump they couldn't replace just the condenser that

Had an entire new Heating and cooling system put in. They are team company that works well together. My system was all new vents cool air returns and heated vents. Placed a 4 ton commercial unit outside and plumbed her in. Very happy with the quality of there work. The best thing is we are comfortable in our house.

This HVAC company really bailed us out a few weeks ago! Our AC just stopped working while we were gone for the weekend! It was high 80's outside and the house was miserably hot! When I called Wallace Heating and Air the receptionist was so kind and helpful in getting our work order prioritized and got someone out the very next morning! Thankfully we only had to suffer one hot, sleepless night! I was worried with all of the outages I am sure they get called on we would be DAYS out on the schedule and they worked miracles to make it happen fast!

We called around and got several quotes. Tom really took the time to make sure we understood the process and you could tell he wanted my business. The crew he sent over to my home was wonderful. So polite, hard working and considerate. We had to put air in a tri-level and it was a challenging job but everyone from Tom to his crew conveyed they would take care of us and appreciated the work. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

WARNING - DO NOT use Wallace Heating & Air. Complete crooks - they fixed my ac compressor, but double charged me on labor. When I argued the service technician was there for 20 minutes, not 45 I was cut off and placed on hold to have another employee pick up the phone and asked for payment. I guess I should have video recorded the technician to prove it.
