He must be paying people to write positive reviews. This guy did me dirty. Said I needed a new water heater. Had me buy it myself and its been sitting here for 6 months. Won’t return calls or texts. Found out I didn’t need a new one after all. Another firm fixed it for $50. He is deceitful and doesn’t follow up on his work

He must be paying people to write positive reviews. Worst experience I have ever had. My water heater went out when my basement flooded in March. Said the water heater was not fixable and needed a new one. Suggested I buy a tankless heater. Said I should buy directly to save money and he would install. Purchased it and parts and never installed. I had to call constantly and he kept saying it would be a few weeks every time. After a month of no hot water, he came out and rigged the water heater to work. I don’t think I needed a new water heater in the first place. Just saw $$$$. Have called him

I usually don’t post about any work done on my house, BUT if you are thinking about replacing a water heater the way to go is a tankless water heater. Those are the best!!! Me and hubs been thinking about it for years and I hate that we waited for so long. Dean Shetter put that in for us and so glad he did. He also replaced, at our request, our furnace and air. He had the best prices by far and work is excellent. Got a good and polite crew working with him and we are extremely happy. I definitely recommend him. And water softener, we have had a few here, and never felt like we had soft water

Dean of Shetter Heating & Cooling, LLC came out to a rental that I own. I told him that the furnace is getting old, the control module went out, that it's probably(in my uneducated HVAC opinion) not worth fixing. I asked him for a quote on replacing the whole furnace. He came out the same day of my call, without me being there, and called me 5 minutes after looking at it. He explained that he would be happy to replace it, but he can fix it for $350.
