Left me in a jam - of course after taking my money. Darrin had trouble with both of the locks that I paid the service call for. One he could not repair at all - he said he would get back to me about it, but never did. The other seemed to initially be rekeyed, but immediately stopped working. The lock was instantly too loose and could not lock or unlock without a huge amount of jiggling and effort. I messaged him back and he put me off and finally just ignored me completely. So I was left with the same two locks that are having trouble and have been ghosted by him with my payment.

Darrin answered my request for a quote very quickly and with a competitive flat rate price. I was able to make a same-day appointment. He let me know when he was 10 minutes out, arrived on time and made quick work of the lock I needed opened. I hope I don't need a locksmith again but if I do I will definitely use them again.
