I made several phone calls inquiring about the services of this business on 6/22/2021. They failed me on every level. Four of my attempts to call their business ended with their phone clerk answering my call and immediately hanging up on me. On the fifth attempt, the phone was answered by a very rude woman who made no attempt to be courteous or professional and quoted me an outrageous price, twice as much as what I paid another much better business and then ended the call very curtly without so much as a "Have a nice day". The technician that cut the ignition key is very knowledgeable and professional.
My Lexus had no programmable key code. It was not with the car when I bought it used.
The Owner's manual stated not to lose the key code. He took off an interior door panel to obtain the key code.
I did have one ignition programmed key.
The price to cut a extra ignition key for a spare was competitive and considerably less than the dealer.
