Dennis E. LeTarde, Jr. started the business in 1983, starting primarily on the quality of siding works. As the Company grew, the ability to work on all exterior was developed. That includes SIDING, ROOFING, WINDOWS, GUTTER and many other repair works. In 1986 COSMOS Siding Company became a licensed active member of construction business in Northern Virginia.
In 1989, Owner of COSMOS Siding Company acquired a class A Virginia contractors license and starting to hire highly qualifying siding and roofing mechanics to expand the company and the company name was changed to Cosmos Siding & Exterior. Currently our company, which is now under the name, Cosmos Construction, is operating with number of siding and roofing teams.
Cosmos Construction has also acquired carpenters to perform window installations and repairs to fulfill needs of construction.
