Affinity put up an amazing addition on my home in 2020. They did so on budget and on schedule during the uncertainty of the pandemic. Peter and his crew focused on quality and each morning would check in with me on my satisfaction Of course like any project of this size there were unplanned circumstances, but Affinity worked with me to remedy the situation correctly and amicably.

Attention please! First thing first, Mike is tall and handsome:)
Mike's workmanship and his service standards are nothing short of "tall and handsome".
Our 5 year old air conditioner stopped working.
We hired two techs from two different "highly respected" companies. In both cases, we were charged dispatch fees and were told we need to repair/change our Condenser for about $2900...A big chunk of money for a relatively young machine. We were sad...
Until we were introduced to Mike!
He showed up, on time, fully prepared, professionally equipped, and went at the problems right away.

I triple bid the job, as you should with any large-scale job. As a new homeowner and my first renovation the bid process wasn't just about the price tag. It came down to who I thought could get the job done without just telling me what I wanted to hear. And trust me- during the 2 month process, Peter rarely told me what I WANTED to hear. HA! (You have to keep your sense of humor when renovating.) Peter Sheppard has been a miracle worker for us and for our family! This past weekend, during a historic blizzard, we lost heat on the second floor of our home while it was below-zero windchill outside. Given the weather, cold-calling plumbers for help was getting us nowhere fast and our concerns were becoming urgent. We could not be more happy with our decision to hire Affinity Construction. We had a small addition put on our home and not only was it completed ahead of schedule and on budget, we literally had no complaints from beginning to end. The actual work only took around 6 weeks but prior to that we had many months of hold ups with our town for various reasons. I have used Affinity Construction for a number of projects in and around my home. They rebuilt three decks and my front steps, created a mud room, repaired my roof, coordinated a boiler replacement and performed many other small jobs as needed. They work with enthusiasm ans great skill. I have always been pleased with the results and heartily recommend them.
