Services
Full service design consultation with an experienced designer. Includes: 3 product catalogs, 1 production drawing with measurements (3 revisions), 1 full colored drawing of your kitchen, and 1 fully itemized pricing invoice. This service is for installing a new grill or component to an existing island.
While Galaxy Outdoor is well known for their custom and standard islands, we also are an exceptional manufacturer of fire burners, and custom fire features. We are the industry standard when it comes to creating and designing features in a variety of styles. No matter what shape, size, or height, our fire features are made with the best materials right here in the USA.
Heat by Convection - Proper heat circulation for uniform cooking is why the shape of the Kamado Rocket resembles a rocket ship which allows for more cooking levels. In the engineering dictum, "Round is better than square". Heat by Radiation - The retained heat in the heavy refractory walls creates the most even, all around cooking experience that you cannot receive with thin walled metal barbecues or cheaply built smokers made of ceramic.

Bought all my outdoor appliances, pool chair and fire pit chairs at Galaxy. I love the selection of stuff they sell and even lots of accessories. They have these really cool custom tiled Kamado Grills. So I had to get one of those too.
I mostly worked with Bruce and he was great with a massive amount of knowledge and expertise in the business. His advice helped keep my project from going sideways which has very much appriciated. He is a real straight shooter which I prefer in all of life. The prices were in line with the market so I felt good about that too. Big showroom and easy access

I started out loving everything that they carry. Their showroom is large and very nice. Their customer service is horrific. "That's not my job" is an everyday thing heard by disgruntled customers. This is a "pass the buck" company from the top down or maybe from the bottom up? It doesn't matter, the net/net is you better realize that you must read the small print here and know that, like a typical Vegas business, it's all about who you know. In spite of the fact that we had to manage our design, install and all extras the entire way, we were still willing to believe that this company would do the right thing in the end and honor our agreement. They disappointed us by not honoring their agreement and keeping our money. I would not recommend them. The first "designer" who was sent out, mis-measured a total of 3 times. He was fired, I believe. They sent out another "designer" who also had to make 3 trips out. She said she had to redo all of the work from the first guy. She made her mistakes as well. Ultimately, we

Customer service is like nothing that exists anymore. No issues taking any amount of time to answer every question I had and explain in detail pros and cons of my ideas. So the company i work for purchased 3 fire pits from this company, from the start i was told that for delivery & install of the fire pits we would need to pay $1800 and i would need to provide 4 labors to unload and place the fire pits (if i provide the labor what was i charged for) once the fire pits where placed in the location they left and i was to finish the install myself, I.E. connect the gas line and connect to the electrical that we had run. once all of this had been done we go to start the fire pit and it will only run for a couple of minuets and

We couldn't have been happier with the quality, options and the professional and extremely helpful team! Bruce really made the experience the absolute best! We walked in just to browse and not knowing what to expect, we had a rough idea for spacing and needs but other than that, we left it to Bruce who spewed knowledge about everything we'd never even considered! We'd walked into another local BBQ place but we couldn't deny all of the knowledge that Bruce provided, it was a quick decision to move forward and take advantage of close out model prices and complete our backyard

Being the "do it yourself-er" I decided I needed a fire pit. I had help building the structure, but I knew I could handle the gas, burner and fire glass. I am a go big or go home kinda guy! I could not find the burner on the Internet until I happened across Galaxy Outdoor, and guess what . . . they were in my own backyard (pardon the pun) here in Vegas! I walked in to look for pizza oven, walked out with an awesome unit.
The two (Alex and Karen in the showroom were both a big help and super friendly. I didn't want to spend 4 grand and they had a great unit for $1500. I didn't feel like they're here to sell me and likely don't get paid commission. I highly recommend these guys, felt like a small town in there, definitely got small town service.

So I found this company on The Home Mag. I am looking to purchase and replace my exiting indoor fireplace. I told the guy that answered the phone what I was looking to do and asked if they provided installation or had subcontractors or a referral to anyone that installs the fireplace. He said they don't do it and they don't have any referrals or recommendations. I told him I want to buy a fireplace but not if I can't use it. He said yeah I don't know who would install it. This company is so bad. I started a small project in June paid a lot of money up front and nothing was done til November when I had to take the reigns and do all the ground work myself. The man who runs this company Bruce is a complete mess and thinks he can sweet talk his way out of anything. If I could give negative stars I would. I have heard other complaints from other customers as well. My advice? Run!!!! As well as sub contractors that don't want to work with him anymore so angry

We had a excellent Sabre Grill we purchased form Galaxy a few years ago that we love. Sorry to say during some painting on the exterior of the house, our painter moved the grill, not realizing it was hooked up to a gas bib. Well, luckily no big boom, but we needed to get the gas line checked and the gas line connection inside the grill replaced. The owner, Bruce, was outstanding when we bought the grill from him and because they were super busy he offered to come out the same week and get us up and running again. They have a lot of negative reviews but Galaxy did a fine job on a small project in my home of a grill and burner. I went to the usual big store places in town but I liked that Galaxy provided a computer generated illustration of the design.
The toughest part was coordinating the various specialists needed to complete the project. After the shell was constructed, there was one guy to install, one guy to repair the gas line, county inspector to clear the gas line, one guy to install tile, one to do electric and one to do the painting. It was a maze of people coming and going in the right order

Today I met two guys who understand outdoor BBQ areas. The owner came out with the guy who my friend recommended, Craig at Galaxy.
NO CHARGE... they spent a lot and I mean a lot of time!!!

Biggest cheaters and liars in town. My 8 month nightmare began with a contract and a deposit of $8,000( 50 %). Galaxy built me a kitchen that would not fit into my existing space!
The owner, Bruce then said I need to tear down the existing kitchen and start from scratch. When I told him, he needed to pay for his mistake and fix the problem with no additional cost to me, the owner chose to hold my deposit and do nothing for months. He didn't answer calls or emails.
I finally went into his store where he charged me $5000 more to finish the kitchen to where his already built piece will fit.

Incredible showroom, but the customer service is sorely lacking. I paid for a bbq package march 6th, I ended up having to go into the showroom again since I could not get a call back on when my items were coming in. I finally spoke with Tim, who assured me he would take over and get everything in. He came out, took measurements, but 2 weeks later I haven't heard back on the last item to come in. Its April 28th, and I have nothing to show for the money spent or have any idea on when it will get installed.

I gave it 1 star in order to review Galaxy BBQ. DON'T use this business and don't let their nice showroom fool you. Their product prices are high, everything is an add on, customer service is awful from the scheduler to the owner, Bruce, and the job will not be done on time!!!! The only good employees he had there left. Hmmmmm...that's a red flag! We ordered a 'custom firepit cover' and for $225 got a square sheet of metal with a hole in the middle....rough cut edges and no handle to lift it with. Bruce does not stand behind his promises or his employees! Give someone

Galaxy is the best!! I love my new outdoor kitchen. Especially the Kamado and the Evo. We are now able to host large parties and cook for everyone. It's more than just a kitchen. The whole experience is what makes it worth the money. It has turned out much better than we expected and could have asked for better products. Bruce was amazing. He was honest and always had our best interests in mind. He was instrumental in the whole design process and made it much easier to make decisions. Thanks Galaxy!

I had an appt for a home consultation. Thomas was a n show. I called that day thinking I had wrote down the wrong time or date. I the called for the next three days leaving messages. I was assured Thomas or the GM would return my call. Well still no call. It is apparent they don't want my business. If their lack of responsiveness is how they do business, I suggest you find another company. I have.
