This place is absolutely amazing. I had the most pleasant experience with my kitchen and flooring renovation. Ben was my sales person. He is so knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I just had my entire kitchen countertops replaced with quartz and new vanities and sinks and quartz counters in my two baths. I love this company. Very professional and customer service is five star! Jeff, Leo and CiCi are great to work with. The whole project from start to finish only took three days. They even clean up at every phase. Day one the demolishing crew comes in. Day two the cabinet crew comes. Day three the stone guys come in. Every crew cleaned up. I refer all my clients to this place. Pricing is affordable.

After unsuccessfully trying another vendor, we saw Cabinets Now Vegas while driving down Valley View. We went in and met with Ben Chen, who went over our plans for putting in new kitchen cabinets. He arranged for measurements to be taken and once those were done we ordered the cabinets. Due to an odd configuration in our kitchen, the order took a couple of weeks, due to the custom design needed. The installation took two days and was done flawlessly. The installer took extreme care and paid close attention to detail. The countertops were installed the next available day, and that work was done

This place is dishonest and clearly they don't know how to communicate with the clients at all.
We schedule an appointment for Saturday according to the employee I change my work schedule so I can be there and when I call to check where was the people coming To my house they told me it was Tuesday.
Not only they didn't come they also told me they couldn't refund me my $35 dollar deposit!!!!!
They are clearly bad I will stay away from this place.

They were great, prices were great, product was great, service was great. Cici did a fantastic job every step of the way. She gave me a very good deal, she fought to get me the best price. She was responsive every step of the way and I couldn't have been treated better. Jorge, the installer was excellent! He did a great, very through job and I'm very happy. I called Cici and she worked with me to get my cabinets replaced. They gave me an additional discount to help mitigate my damages. I have been very happy with my cabinets. Product is extremely poor quality and overpriced. Customer service is disappointing. I purchased cabinets and countertops for my kitchen, bathrooms, hall closet, and laundry room. The cabinets warped within 2 years, and every drawer in all 3 bathrooms have fallen off the tracks. The craftsmanship is CLEARLY poor, and careless. I would never suggest Cabinets Now to anyone. I'm honestly surprised this place is still in business.

Clearly we have had a year! Yes, they closed for a while and my husband had to put a kitchen remodel on hold for a client. But we are happy they reopened and have been back to normal. Happy contractor with happy clients. Hopefully, they stick around a long time. They are 1000 percent more reliable than most people in this business and even though mistakes happen, they always correct the problem quickly. Keep up the good quality and prices. Thank you!!!

We choose Cabinets Now due to their large selection and available options compared to other places. Our Sales Rep, Crystal, was helpful and friendly with assisting us. We had a couple of minor unforeseen issues that came up during the install, and Crystal was able to get us through them. They kitchen turned out great and is a big upgrade over the 1980s style that it was prior. They did a professional job and at a price far cheaper than Home Depot or Lowe's. For our future upgrades of the floors and bathrooms, we will be using Cabinets Now.

I had purchased tile before all the situation of the covid 19 started , this place work with contractors , it's essential and was suppose to stay open , however they just close everything and we couldn't reach no one there and got stock with no tile and no one to talk to without any notice , when we reach out the representative Leo when we explain him that we stock with no tile he had a small laugh through the phone which it was very unprofessional and upsetting , when they open we went to get our tile because they didn't want to refound the money back

The manager, Janice, is a very knowledgeable and customer oriented.
My contractor and I have bought a lot from this company and we continue to do so because of the pricing and the service. They have a very fair policy regarding broken tiles etc- things happen in shipping. Follow their instructions and you're golden.
