This dealership will do everything they can to rip you off. I feel bad for the people that have bought from them in the past because they weren't smart enough to realize they were ripped off. If you are buying from them look at all of the fees they charge that amount to several thousand dollars above what the vehicle is even worth. Most of the reviews here are for the service department not the sales. My experience at Hoover Toyota was much much better.

This dealership is the best! They have provided great service to my Camry that I bought from them 2 years ago and I just traded it in on a 4Runner getting the same great service. Anthony Bongiovanni was my sales person and he provides such great service that you feel like your buying your vehicle from one of your own family members. Josh is the absolute best Service Writer I have ever experienced. When my daughter and granddaughter go in for service he always sends me a picture and takes such good care of them. He also has gone above and beyond to make sure that our RAV4’s are taken care of. He keeps me well informed and that exactly what I am needing. Whatever my service needs are he takes care of us. Couldn’t ask for any better.

Awful. Just wanted to get my tire fixed. I get there right when they open up and nobody is there and they guy said I would have to leave there all day. Really just to fix a tire? This is a brand new Toyota truck with all the warranties and stuff and nope. I guess that's how you treat new customers. Ended up going to express oil change down the road. Fast and friendly service there. I'm going to end up getting rid of my new Toyota and get something else if that's how to treat new customers.

I was traveling and my truck wouldn't start and i had my truck towed to their facility. great choice! they not only fixed my electrical, but offered two choices and recommended the cheaper option and saved me money and fixed my truck. starts every time and and I'm confident as i travel for a living. master tech and service advisor did me right and saved me money! The awesome parts delivery driver picked me up from Cullman and brought me to get my truck for free! 2006 Toyota Tacoma owner.

I have been a customer for several years and I can't say enough good things about Scott Crump Toyota. I've dealt with Kathy each time I've bought a car and she's wonderful to work with, never pushy or overbearing. I've always been comfortable with deals I've made. The service department is top notch. Barry, Tony, and the rest of the service department personnel are outstanding. Helpful, courteous and I've never had them try to push something on me that wasn't needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the dealership.

Well Scott Crump Toyota just lost my business! I have bought two Tundras from them. Over $40,000 a piece. Even took my mother there to buy her car. I have been a loyal customer but I guess that means nothing. They tried to tell me that spilling a drink in my center console cup holder damaged my abs sensor and it would cost $1000 to fix. Tried to talk to the manger. Asked how in the world could a coke disable my truck? He said he has never spilled a drink in his. Needless to say I got a little upset. Called him out on his lie and he couldn't take it. Hung up on me. Blamed it on cruse words
