Please do not buy any used car from this place for god sake. I just bought one car 5 days ago and had some issues from engine side. I contacted them for solutions and they said they sold me as is condition. That means they know the problems but don’t speaks out when they sell. BE CAREFUL. DONT BUY IT HERE. There are many car dealers that you can trust or buy from.
Update: 12/31/2021– I checked out my car with some other local dealer told me I have to replaced water pump and also engine. Given me an estimates of 3k-4k. Bought the car for 5k and now have to spend another 4k on it. Serra Kia

Bought a used Jeep from here less than a month ago and have had issues with it since. Can tell they didn't check it before putting it up for sale. If they did they would have noticed the radio and back up camera weren't hooked up ( turns out back up camera was broken) the lights were having electrical issues, and there was no dipstick for the transmission. Had to replace the thermastat week 2 of owning it and now at week 3 we are having to replace the torque converter. Be very cautious when buying a used vehicle from them.

We went to take a look at whether a mid-size truck or a full size truck would suit our needs best. When a friendly, personable young man named Michael Guthrie walked up and introduced himself we started talking about what we were looking for. He listened, asked some very intuitive questions and after listening to our answers - asked us if we would like something to drink or eat while he went to find vehicles that would meet the criteria he had gleaned from the answers we gave to his questions. We love our experience with Serra Gardendale Kia. They worked really hard to get us a great deal. Our salesman, Michael Gutherie was amazing and so helpful with us picking out a car for our 16 year old daughter. He knew that her safety was our top concern. We did have to wait a while for the car to be detailed but that was not Michael's fault. And, we noticed the car had spots all around it from the cleaner so it was not detailed properly. Other than that, we are extremely happy with using them and recommend it. Ask for Michael, you won't be disappointed. He was very entertaining and was so patient

Absolute garbage! We bought our 2020 Kia Soul from Serra Kia Gardendale last year before the pandemic and lockdown started. Out of that time we had our car in the shop MORE than on the road. It was cheaply made and has already had a recall on it. It was in the shop for 3 MONTHS while still paying a car payment and never reimbursed for that time. Here we are AGAIN in the shop because my AC went out and I was told on the phone that AFTER I made my appointment that "people have it worse than I do" because my AC was out! BEWARE !! Don’t buy from Gardendale Kia. - This might happen to you too, or God-forbid to one of your children. The tire in this photo is what these guys sent me away in. Granted, it was a used truck, but there is a certain level of trust that you customers should be able to have in what’s considered a reputable auto dealer. I bought a used Honda Civic from them across state. The whole process was tedious but we traveled 6 hours there and stayed the night to drive the car home the next morning. The staff was super kind and worked really hard to have everything ready so we could be in and out. With pre-approval we did every thing over the phone before hand and they had us out in an hour!
The dealership is run by a husband and wife who have been in the business for years and they were amazing.

Serra Kia made the process of buying my 2021 Telluride SX very seamless. Great customer service!! I really appreciate the COVID Safety precautions. Thanks for the hospitality of the free coffee, bottled water and popcorn. The popcorn was burnt smelling, but the coffee from the Kureg was good. I really appreciate the customer service from Joey, if I remember correctly. They said it would take 2 days to finish it and gave me a vehicle to drive. Although, I had just filled my tank up and the loaner had under half a tank of gas, but it was okay, as long as my baby gets fixed. Thanks for all your help!!! ☺

I have a 2016 Certified Preowned Kia K900. This car is supposed to be the flagship of the Kia lineup. Quick Details... Purchased Jan 25th 2019 from Bulldog Kia Athens Ga 15k miles currently (9/03/19) has 29K miles. Had a problem in June 2019 with Drivers power seat sliding back. Slid seat forward to clean rear (did not slide all the way forward). The seat would not slide back immediately. We went here to buy a car. Initially, we had a good experience with our salesperson, Sean, and a less than satisfactory experience with the Finance Manager, Kasey. I am not sure if Kasey is sexist or if his rudeness knows no boundaries, but his unprofessional behavior was unacceptable, to say the least. He was rude, talked over me rather than to me, tried to talk me in circles, and then eventually just lied to me. He lied about the financing and then lied to me about what I was signing.
