If I could give this dealer NO STARS I would. Beyond unprofessional. From the time you walk on the lot til the time you leave and even the next week. The staffing and employment in the office have no professionalism. From the sales associate to the management. I was looking for employment and was set up an interview for a position with the sales manager who had the " flu " and I myself am a professional sales associate coming from a 5 star independent dealer. BUYER BEWARE!! NO ONE SHOULD SHOP HERE!! We didn’t even make it home and the car stopped running. We had to get a jump off and had the car towed back the next day. They told me " NO WARRANTY " BUT it wasn’t 24 hours and the car stopped working. Needs almost $6000 in work. The cam shafts and lifters have to be replaced. Needs a new battery and cords. I recorded the sales person Niece Mitchell saying the truck was in excellent condition. LIARS AND I WILL BE TAKING THEM TO COURT!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!! It's been over 6 months since my purchase of my vehicle. I live out of state and had my vehicle paperwork procesed and prepared for signature upon arrival. And to boot, my car was shipped to my home location on the expected delivery date. Just bought a 2014 Hyundai Genesis Coupe from Jamaal a week ago and I have already had to buy four brand new tires because the ones on there were rubbing the rims. Needed new headlight bulbs (didn't go out until i drove car off lot) needed new windshield wipers and a BATTERY. When I called and spoke to jamaal he said to come and they will fix. This will be a “running review”. So far, everything has been exceedingly pleasant. I found the car I wanted via a 3rd party app, inquired about it and got a call back promptly. No pushy sales pitch, just making contact and asking if I had any questions about the car. If anything, I was the pushy one as I had 2 cars sold out from under me by other dealerships in the 24 hours prior.
We’re off to a great start. I’m driving down to pick up my car tomorrow after work, I hope things continue to be excellent!

Rami sold us a car that needs a 10k transmission on December 21, 2018. This is not an exaggeration this has been verified and documented by a reputable and certified dealrship. Rami was asked on several occasions if he could return our money down and pay the loan off for this 25k+ car and he blatantly refused. This man has no decency or respect for hard working consumers.
