I spoke with Alexandra and Gina on 12/29 regarding coming up from Montgomery to look at in-stock HR-Vs. Everything sounded like it would go smoothly and that Tameron would have to assess my vehicle before I could get a trade-in quote. So.. where to begin? My girlfriend bought a used Jeep from Tameron about 3 months ago. She loved it. However, the Jeep did not love us. Not even 7 days off the lot, the Jeep just stopped working. Tameron came to the house to have it towed for repairs with a rental car for the meantime. After it was “fixed”, it was brought back to our house. Give it another week, and it stopped working again. to resolve the issue, my girlfriend was offered her money back or we could get another car on their lot and they would use the cost paid on the current Jeep that we had to cover the difference of whatever

The salesman, Greg, was the worst. He clearly did not want to help us. We sat down and tried to explain what we were looking for and our price range, $25K. He seemed more interested in telling us what we could not have instead of trying to help us find something we liked. He was rude, abrupt, and condescending and seemed to just want us gone. We ended up buying a car from a dealership in Florence.

Bought a SUV last week at Tameron Honda and worked with Hunter K. and Billy S. and the whole process was fantastic! They were both very professional and super helpful with any questions that I had. Standard car salesman tactics. You're always best off if you can walk in the door with your own financing. If they finance it for you they're going to make more money from you. The salesman are wonderful it's the closing manager you have to be wary of and the warranty is double the price compared to credit Union financing warranties. I don't recommend the servicing department.

Went to look at cars that fit our budget (cash customers). One car that we specifically liked, but 22 total in the range we wanted.
Salesman asked if we were looking for anything in particular. We told him the Pathfinder my wife wanted to look at. He responded that we didn't want that car because they had transmission issues (granted the dealership felt comfortable listing the car, but apparently his opinion was more important). Honda notified me that my 2019 Honda CR-V is recalled with a faulty fuel pump.
Made the appointment at Tameron, took it in, had them rotate the tires, replace the air and cabin filter. They accidentally changed the oil in it too and didn't charge me. Great!
After the replacement, the CRV wouldn't start easily. It has been about a month since the fuel pump replacement and it wouldn't start at all.
It left me stranded. Took almost 2 hours to get a tow truck, of course during one of the hottest days of the year.
Towed it to Freeway Honda which was closest dealership.

Purchased a brand new Honda Accord Touring 2.0T back in August. I'm at about 7000 some odd miles. Started having some issues with the car even recorded them on my phone so they could see and hear the issue. I've went back and forth with Tameron over this. Of course they do nothing about it... go figure at this point I had to contact AHM(Honda Corporate). Told them my issue they also suggested I file a complaint so I did so. Tameron was supposed to have ordered a part for me LAST WEEK that was going to show up in a day. Still haven't heard from them which I don't need it now

Terrible management. We worked with a wonderful young sales associate who was very helpful. When we talked numbers on the car we picked out and they tried scamming us. We found the car online on their website listed at 23k, but told us the car costed 27k. When we showed them the add the manager was vary sassy and had an attitude. I felt like he was yelling at us the whole time talking down to us. I wish the young sales associate was the manager because we would have walked out with a car. We were very nice and just wanted the fair price advertised. They would not tell us the price until we agreed

Today, I had major work done to my car. My service advisor, Josh went over and above the call. He actually took me back to the shop floor, and let me talk to the foreman whom was working on my car. The foreman showed me the leak In my seal cover. What place would is kind enough to take the time to take customers onto the shop floor to do this? I can't think of one. Chevy never did. Honda customer for life.
While I was waiting I got to be fed by the dealership, which was great since I had no car to get around. They had donuts for breakfast

Untrained and unknowledgeable service advisor (Tony).6 years ago they tried selling aftermarket brake parts, as Honda Parts, to my mother-in-law, Even selling them at inflated Honda prices! Problem being #1 her brakes were just done with new rotors by my son, they couldn't tell me the thickness of the rotors, just slapped new Auto Zone rotors on (which wouldn't be covered under Honda Factory Warranty at another Honda dealer, cause they were aftermarket parts!!). THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I needed to have my oil changed and I had received an email offering me a free oil change....yes, please?!? Since I was bringing my 2 toddlers, I made an appointment for 7:30am on a Friday so we could just roll out of bed and get it done with. Staff were very accommodating. That being said I have made a couple purchases from Tameron Honda and have been pleased both times. I feel that they take care of return customers and try to make sure they feel appreciated.
The few sales people I have had dealings with have been knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and were respectful of my requests. I haven't felt that they were ever too pushy and actually seem to go out of there way to not come across that way.
