DON'T BUY NISSAN. I bought a car from here two years ago. I told them my budget and let them know what I was looking for as far as price goes. The price they gave me was including me trading in my previous vehicle which was a 2007 Nissan Altima. Minus some cosmetic issues the car was still in great condition. Once we started the paperwork for me to purchase my vehicle I realized they were trying to give me $100 for my car.... NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS LOT! They sold me a car and the transmission went out not even 2 months later. Then they didn't even offer to help pay for any of it or offer any service. The management laughed in my face. I am a full time working college student and will have to take out a loan to fix the damages. I would give this place zero stars if I could!

Not only did I waste 3 weeks getting bogus quotes on multiple cars...send pictures of my old car for trade in etc. (which they lied to me about as well. Manager offered me 900 less than what I was promised) but I wasted half of my off day driving up there only to be disappointed. They use a disgusting marketing tactic by promising you the cheapest price around, allowing you to test drive the car so you fall in love with it and than charging you double the original quoted price.

I brought my best friend car here to get serviced. As soon as I pulled up I was welcomed by a staff in the service department. Very friendly smile. I showed them my coupon for the oil change I wanted and she explained the coupon to me. Their waiting area is very cozy. They have a snack vending machine, drink machine, coffee and popcorn. I've never had any issues with coming here. You will need to get here early if you don't have an appointment. They do get very busy once the morning rolls through.

My husband started working for this company without any prior experience and was taken advantage of. He was told he'd get a weekly check for $400, which they cut taxes out of, leaving about $320 or less each week.He worked all day from 9 am to 8 pm. He also worked 6 days a week, with one off day on Sunday and possibly another during the week. He was promised and signed a contract to get paid a $200 minimum on each car he sold. We came to the dealership after getting something in the mail about lease take overs. When we got there, we were told it was "just to get you in here" and that they didn't offer that. Given I had driven a decent distance, I decided to hear what they could offer. I felt the sales person was rather nice and honest but the manager spoke to me in a very demeaning way, like I was an idiot and used very shady tactics. I would not recommend this place. I had bought a car from Serra VW right next store before and was planning to be a repeat customer

I just purchased a 2011 Kia Rio from here. It was a trade in that they had just gotten a few days ago. I am a college student so I needed something safe, reliable, and has good gas mileage. They assured me this was the car for me and that it was even under the original warranty. They promised that it would be $5000 out the door like I told them I had when I called and asked if they had anything in that price range for me to look at. After about 5 hours of sitting in the dealership, they finally agreed on the $5,000 after trying to make me pay $8,000 even though I told them I could no go over $5

I contacted Serra Nissan about getting my name off their mail list. I have been receiving unwanted mail from them 3-4 times a month. I was transferred with a lady at "accounts receivable" with whom I explained the problem I was having. She said a third party does their Marketing but they wouldn't allow them to give there names to customers & they send thousands of letters for various dealerships. I asked for the information for their corporate office (where it was located & there number) which she also com couldn't give & rudely told me to "google it"

The service was done on a new vehicle!! It should've been done allready!!! I told my salesman when I test drove it that it needed to be fixed and this was before service closed. When all was said and done service was closed it was a friday I had to wait all weekend just to come back monday for service to tell me they had to order the part!! Aaaagggghh!!!! So aggrivating!! Service did a great job.. More aggrivated with the salesman.

Went to purchase a car at Serra Nissan Used Cars Supercenter. First I was insulted by a so called manager named Shawn Ryan about the price of he car and what I wanted to pay for it. And then he told me I wasn't allowed in his office, so I then I asked were there a computer that I can see so that I can look at other cars that's on the lot, so the salesman et me look at the computer, Shawn came out and said I couldn't look at the computer, and said that I must have not been in a corporate office before. Worse dealership ever. Came looking for an suv. Stayed for 3 hours just to be lied to the whole time. Suv was stated 18,000 online but when came look in person, it costs up to 23,000. They said because there were some hidden fees. I told them it's too much, and they advise me if i want to finance with serra nissan. The week after having my 2009 Maxima serviced on 8/27/15 I received a call from a man who said he was a sales manager. He was asking me about trading in my car. I told him I was not interested in the slightest bit and that we would be keeping our current Maxima or switching brands, but would definitely not be buying the new Maxima. Since that call I have received 17 calls from Serra Nissan's sales department, each time a new person although they are very clever in not identifying themselves. I recently went in to have my tires replaced in 9/2014. I really enjoyed the assistance and care that I received from the service department staff. I was told about discounts that were available for the purchase and also the services were expedited timely. The crew was very helpful and pleasant as always (better service this year, than last year). Plus I always enjoy the complimentatry Coffee!! Love the Nissan staff.
