I made an appointment for my service. Upon arrive I let the advisor know I had an appointment. He replied, we don’t take appointments on Saturday. I pull up my email to show him that I made an appointment. He replied, yea we’ve gone to management about that but what are you here for?. I definitely give this place 5 stars and the workers Kiaira Stoves and Kris definitely worked to get my fiancé and I in something. We were giving up on hope after about 5 dealerships turned us down . Kiaira told me to come see her and told us what to bring and got the process started . I purchased my 2018 Silverado truck new from this dealership. I returned the next day complaining the transmission seemed jerky. I was told that was normal. At 82,000 miles my transmission went out and had to purchase new one for 5,000.00 dollars. I have babied this truck with mostly highway miles and very little light towing. I complained that in this day and age a transmission should not go out this quick. They gave me 500 dollars off the new transmission, installed and sent me on my way. The transmission failed on the way back to Tennessee because it was not installed correctly. A dealership

I am writing review for purchase experience I tried to make. To be fair to dealership I did not make a purchase there. The reason for the 1 star is for the lack of consideration for their potential customers and their credit score. I have no problem with a dealer marking up a vehicle $40K over MSRP but the attempt to get me to fill out a credit application prior to sharing the markup that 99% plus of buyers wouldn't pay is about the worst customer experience I have ever heard of. They eventually shared price which was obvious deal breaker, but am leaving review as warning to any other future customers

Update...21 days later and we still have no manual or second key. Nobody from the dealership has "gotten in touch" since my original review. In fact the dealership won't even return phone calls. We have spoken to GM corporate several times and they were working with the regional manager. We did receive a 500.00 voucher to cover the mats and for our troubles.

Apparently you didn't ask anyone what transpired here and I was told that the vehicle was available and that the paperwork had been sent over to the credit union. I have a copy of the buying order, so does this look like it was unavailable? I never thought that you would sell the vehicle after accepting an offer. There is no way that I would purchase a vehicle from you and there was a specific reason that I needed this particular vehicle and was willing to pay to ship it. As I stated in my initial review, this is a very poor way to run a business.

Worst car buying experience I have ever gone through. Spent $45k on a used Tahoe (traded in my wrangler), and was treated like dirt. When I came to pick up the car it was dirty, the change oil light was on, the change fluid light was on, the driver assist system service light was on. I thought dealerships were supposed to clean and service a car before you buy it. I was in a bind and on my way out of town, and they convinced me to go through with the transaction, and just bring it back the following week.

After my 2007 Impala was deemed a total loss by my insurance, Lloyd Shaw at Serra Chevrolet was able to help me get into my beautiful Summit White Equinox in a few hours. He was very professional, super cool to talk with and patient with me throughout the process. He looks very youthful in appearance, but don't let that fool you. The last car I purchased took a week to finalize; Lloyd had me approved and ready to drive off the lot in a few hours. I must say that I'm greatly disappointed in the services rendered at Serra Chevrolet's collision center. Through recommendations from my insurance provider (Geico), I brought my damaged vehicle in for repairs. There wasn't any extensive repairs required for my 2008 Dodge Charger but you would have thought that they vehicle was receiving a complete overhaul. What should have been a week (2 weeks tops) job turned out to be a 38 day fix. I understand that things happen but I was poorly informed of my vehicles' repair status. Also since I went over the allotted 30 days on the rental

I give then zero stars but it made me pick at least one. I was charged for a part and after it was installed the SAME WARNING LIGHT WAS ON!!!! They charged $508.50 for this "service" and then said it would be about another 700 to really fix it.....no thank you!!! My husband then put an alternator on it IN THEIR PARKING LOT that only cost him $189 and it took him less than 15 minutes!!!!!!! SERRA CHEVY SERVICE STINKS!!!!! They are part changers NOT mechanics. Do not go there!!!!!
