The grill and bar are great. But the customer service is terrible. KoKoMo owes us a wind guard for our fire pit. They claim that it wasn’t checked on the order form, but we bought our bar island at the Saba show in Tucson and we’re told that we were buying the island exactly as it appeared at the show. They don’t live up to what we were told. We call, they almost never answer. If they do, they tell us they will call us back and never do. As I said the grill and all is great but if you have any issues, good luck.

Braydee Shaw was great to work with. Very helpful with helping us decide what the best BBQ island was best for us. He knew what he was doing and did a great job at designing our island. It was a very large project and Braydee made it a lot easier to get through. I would recommend Kokomo grills and Braydee to everyone.

A mistake was made on my written order vs what I originally agreed upon on the purchase of my BBQ. David was very understanding of the situation and is working to make it right. I will first say, David the service manager is great. He made everything right for us and the service guys who came to set up our grill were amazing! However it was delivered today, we had bought the display model and we’re told everything we saw came with it for that price. We dealt with Jayden and Devin. When our grill was delivered without the glass shield, we called to figure out the misunderstanding. Jayden refused to make it right for us and just said all sales were final. He also would not let us talk to a manager, he said he was the owner of the company, and there was no one higher up

The grill we bought was told the top could be taken off and they would put together in back yard. Day of install the install team figured out this was not the case and they’d have to lift if over and needed more people to help. They called Matt their supervisor to come help.
They said they’d come back Dec 22. Which they did not do. We called and left several messages and they said they couldn’t come back until the new year.

Stay away from this business. If you have any issues after purchasing, they will NOT call you back or try to help. We bought a grill and paid additional for installation. Like others have mentioned, they send some teenagers to do the install who don't talk or maybe are told to not tell the customer that they don't actually do the full install. The sales rep was fully aware of our setup, with natural gas and never said there would be any issues with install. Even though I was home, they did not say anything about not connecting the gas line and did not even leave the connection for us

Love the unit but the customer service is poor. I've sent three emails and left two voicemails and no one will respond or call back. It's unfortunate since the product is great. Unit was installed almost two months ago and was damaged during installation. Just want to know the plan to get it fixed as well as an update on the door that was back ordered.

Went to the home and garden show October 15th and met Jimmy who was great at showing us a replacement grill for the one that we had that was rusted out. I brought pictures with measurements, showed him the area and he said that the 3 burner grill would fit in the space. We purchased the grill and asked if they would install it. He said yes and it was written on the receipt as "INSTALL GRILL." He told me to expect it at least 2 weeks. I said that was fine.

Be careful with this place!!!! we order a BBQ out door kitchen, with the understanding that the order will be approve by us after we take measurements of the wall in order to be in compliance with the HOA. Four hours later, we notified them, by text and voice mail, that there was no possibility to have the work done since we will be breaking the HOA rules.
At 6 pm today (24 hours later) 2 teenagers show up to our residence trying to convince us to get a different unit, to place the unit in a different location, they were talking

I have mixed feelings on the purchase and quality of the island. The sales process went well with good communication and quick turn around of drawings. It was a long wait time between order and delivery but that's to be expected with everyone spending their stimulus money on home improvement. The delivery dates got a bit mixed up but ultimately they accommodated me a few days later than originally planned. Delivery guys were great, however, upon testing the electrical there was a short on their end. The delivery guys worked on it for an hour before giving up and coming back the next day

Beware!!! This is a terrible company that does not stand behind it's product. I spent almost $8,000 on a BBQ Island and when I had a problem with their product just months after I had purchased it, they wanted to charge me at least an additional $200 to come out to fix the problem. When my wife called our salesman Alex, he blamed her for the issue. When she asked to talk to Customer Service, he also blamed her, not the inferior equipment. We ordered a rotisserie for our grill summer of 2019. Took a long time to get. Used once and it stopped working before the chicken was cooked. Made several attempts to reach them while still under warranty with no response. Finally got someone to answer the phone and now they say they won't honor the warranty. Have zero confidence they will honor the warranty on my grill if there is an issue. Customer service has been horrible from the beginning. Not trustworthy and would never recommend.

This company is a rip-off! We ordered our kitchen 2 years ago at the Sacramento home show. The unit was delivered late in the day so the install was finished in the dark (while using cellphones as flashlights)! There were broken switches that were promised to be replaced and never sent! The metal roof was installed wrong and caused it to raise up on windy days! We are now in the process of replacing the roof due to concerns it will fly off and do damage to our neighbors property! We also had a Kegerator installed with the kitchen that we have never been able to use. There is no access to mount

BEWARE OF ORDERING ON LINE..I just heard back from Kokomo "sorry, I see you've been trying to resolve this since March 2019" Still, we won't do anything about misrepresenting what we show on line, which you paid for, and what you received. Wow, basically told to bad to sad. They said they would have their "IT" department correct the website, which is what they said in March. Be careful of ANY on line orders, you may pay for something and be stuck with it if it isn't correct!!!!

About 2 years ago, we found out about Kokomo grills at a home expo show here in Las Vegas. Saw the Aruba and fell in love. It was the last day of the expo and they had a big sale going on. We talked to the really great salespeople and ended up putting a deposit down on the outdoor kitchen after customizing to fit our needs and requirements. We knew we needed to get our back yard done before getting this built and installed.
