I love my cabinets! The customer service was excellent and their staff who installed the cabinets were so knowledgeable and friendly. During the planning phase the designer helped me add or change parts of my cabinets that have added so much joy to my kitchen. I honestly didn't know what to expect when we started and what I have ended up with is so much more than I could have ever imagined.

Designer Remodeling completed a kitchen remodel for me, including design and construction of custom cabinets and new countertops / backsplash. Design process was smooth and quick. Install process began sooner than originally expected. The final product was of high quality and very satisfying. I highly recommend them for any kitchen remodeling.

The firm is excellent in every aspect of the business. The owner, Neil, is hands on and it shows in the quality of the work and the responsiveness of the staff. Each person we interacted with was excellent. No task was too great, no request was unmet. We were able to visit the shop on multiple occasions to ask questions and even to see the work in progress. We presented them with a tough job but everyone looked upon it as a welcome challenge and not a burden. We highly recommend Designer Remodeling and you will be totally satisfied if you use them. Our result is exceptional.

No words can adequately express the incredible, professional, job that Neil and his crew did in our brand new kitchen. Every time someone sees our kitchen, the first words are "wow"! Mark, the cabinet master, was beyond helpful, listening to our thoughts, and producing a quality product. Neil, the owner, was very personable and always available for any questions we had. Impressive Follow-up (3 years later!)
In 2017 Designer Remodeling did a great job that included kitchen & laundry cabinet room refacing, plus construction of additional cabinets in an office room. Recently--i.e., 3 YEARS later--we noticed signs of early separation occurring on the edge strips of some of the refaced cabinets. Contacted Neil Cimo and sent photo, and without blinking an eye he sent one of his excellent technicians over to fix it all. That's what I call great long-term customer service. Much appreciated.

Designer remodeling replaced all my kitchen cabinets several years ago. They still look BRAND NEW and my kitchen still has a new, fresh feel. I can't say enough about Neil and his crew. They were professional and kept everything so clean and dust-free throughout the process! I know, it can be a challenge to remodel, especially the kitchen. Working with Designer Remodeling made the process really manageable. Highly recommended.

Do not use this company for anything they are stating they can do! The owner is a liar and when comes for estimates doesn't disclose everything and when the job is done and you start to have questions he will say that he has explain everything (because he does this for 30 years even though he is in business for less, check his business and claims with ROC) and he will request for more money. Since end of August our kitchen is still missing items and unfinished. I would not trust them!
