As much as this man has created many nice projects in Sarasota he is not necessarily the most ethical man. He has taken my design that i developed for my client 2 years ago and now has copied my design. He could not improve on the design or figure out how i had created the structural integrity of the structure. It was a curvilinear structure that would grace the sand dunes of Lido Beach, now its an ugly structure that looks like its on steroids he has made a few ugly changes and looks very foreign on his web site.
Lets see what happens when it comes time for credits. check out sand dune house

I have had the pleasure of working with Mark Sultana on two sides of the construction Industry. As a carpenter I have worked on a number of homes that Mark has designed and as a builder I have also had the pleasure of building homes Mark has designed. The reason I am writing this, is because I know first hand how smoothly a job can go when the plans are thorough and well done. Mark's plans leave very little to the imagination and are very easy to build from. This is crucial in being able to not only build a home, but also in developing budgets and clearly conveying ideas and details to sub contractors
