We had the pleasure of working with Rotell(e) to develop our dream home in beautiful Berks County and would do it 10x over! From the start, Cyndi Yaekel, was amazing and guided us through the process during one of the most challenging times with COVID necessitating virtual meetings and phone calls rather than in person. She is super knowledgeable about the development process and was able to always get us answers for an questions we had along the way. It has been over one year since we moved into this house.
Here are our final thoughts!
1) the whole building process was one of the worst experiences ever! Starting with Cyndi all the way to Paul Farnsworth it was absolute nightmare. Cyndi is so incompetent in what she does. She is either overwhelmed or just does not know how to do her job. She was not upfront about requested information and Rotelle ended up charging us additional fees to make changes when it was Cyndi's fault for not providing us the information. If she has been working for 20 yrs, then she has learned nothing on her job. If

I want to give a big shout out to the amazing team with Rotelle. I had my brand new home purchased and built during this crazy pandemic, and I cannot thank everyone that built my dream home the way that I wanted it to be done. My home was built for my child who is handicap and with this challenge Jesse and his team did an amazing job. Some examples: Making the hall bathroom tub low enough for my son to get in and out of, grab bars that are accessible for him to reach etc. The communication I had with Jesse, Cydni and the rest of the team with Rotelle was always perfect. My wife and I can't speak highly enough about our experience with Rotelle. Communication with Cindy and the entire team has been flawless to date. Any changes we have made to our build have been addressed in a timely and professional manner by Rotelle. I see negative comments on here and quite frankly, they do not concern me one bit. My wife and I have been searching for a home to downsize to for the last year+ and we were lucky to come across Rotelle Builders. Our interaction with the organization has been 2nd to none. Specifically, working with Renee Pratt, her professional and responsiveness to our inquiries were fantastic. She worked tirelessly to accommodate our needs in selecting the right home design and features. Reviewing a House is no easy task to undertake, let alone reviewing the people responsible for delivery what is most likely your most important and proudest achievement and possession. I have put off on writing this review for several months now, in cynical fashion, waiting for the off chance that something did not turn out the way we originally intended or promises made at inception were not kept. As we have experienced half a years worth of bills, services, and the coming and going of three seasons the cynic in me is impressed with the quality and the eagerness to help from the Rotelle team.

Rotelle built our custom home in 2016. We did not build in a development. During construction they were OK to work with. After construction finished, their level of customer service took a nosedive. The biggest issue that they left us with was the raingarden in our backyard. I understand the need for the raingarden, but the subcontractor that Rotelle hired to install the raingarden did an absolutely terrible job. They essentially dug a tenth of an acre hole and walked away.

Building Dreams - Mine is a Nightmare
MY ROTELLE BUILT HOUSE IS ROTTING FROM WITHIN
Rotelle Builders built my home in 2005. The entire house has to have the stucco removed due to poor craftsmanship and oversight by Rotelle.
The remediation is going to cost over $100,000. I met with the Chief operating officer as The President, Peter Rotelle would not talk to me even after I walked in, dropped off a letter and multiple emails.
I was told by the CFO that the house was built to specifications and codes. When I questioned why my house and my Neighbors house do not have a weep screed, which is required
