Buyer beware. Do yourself a favor and look up reviews under Giant Roofing and check with the Better Business Bureau . This was the company name John used until recently. I suspect he started up under a new name to evade accountability. Giant did extensive stucco remediation work to my house and six weeks later it started to crack. John acknowledged the issue and promised to "fix everything" but the he disappeared. He refused to honor his warranty and would not return calls, emails or texts. I hired a certified stucco inspection co. to review his work only to find out it was not done correctly and

John and his crew are great, they were here when they said that they would be here, did a great job on the roof and did a good cleanup afterwards. I got five different quotes and went with John not only for his great price, but for who he was as a person, my husband and I liked his vibe and he is local as well.

John and his team were amazing. They replaced our entire roof, removed stucco/stone veneer that did not pass moisture inspection and replaced with siding. His price was fair, his work was done well and he delivered within a quick turn around due to us selling our home. He really went above and beyond to work with us, to communicate with us, and make a stressful time run as smoothly as possible. Would definitely recommend!
