From customized monthly single family home cleanings to weekly office cleanings to one-time thorough moving out cleanings, Maria and Maria Cleaning Services' team can handle a large range of situations and environments.
EKO Carpet Cleaning provides a healthy and eco-friendly alternative to carpet and upholstery cleaning for both residential and commercial clients. We continuously strive to provide the very best service at a fair price with professionalism, honesty, and courtesy. At EKO we use two different cleaning methods.
1. Gift Certificates are non-refundable, and must be provided at the time of service for redemption. 2. The person the certificate is addressed to does not need to be the same person who redeems it as long as the certificate is valid. Our certificate pricing is based off our standard pricing, which is $55/hr per person for a cleaning.

I was having so much regret agreeing to move in a condo after another cleaning company spent 8 hours doing absolutely nothing. I was actually thinking of asking my current apartments if I could extend my lease because I really didn't want to live in a dirty house due to my chronic health conditions flaring. Maria and Maria did a fantastic job of cleaning my two bedroom condo after I moved out. When I called to inquire about rates and availability, I found Maria to be communicative, responsive and super friendly. She was able to come with just a few days notice.
Being 39 weeks pregnant and barely able to put my own shoes on, I really appreciate all the hard work and diligence her and her team put into cleaning the place. They arrived early and after a walk through, they all went quickly to work. The glass doors looked transparent, the stove and refrigerator look close to new and the bathrooms sparkled

Maria and Maria Cleaning Services has provided me with wonderful house cleaning services for about 15 months at this point. The company has been very easy to work with. I particularly appreciated their flexibility during the pandemic when I have had to reschedule (with reasonable notice) several house cleanings. I have used Maria and Maria for move-ins, move-outs, and for regular monthly cleanings. The house cleaning has been consistently excellent, thorough, and detailed. It's wonderful to be able to go to work in the morning and come home to a spotlessly clean home. I highly recommend Maria

A sufficient cleaning job, but overall the communication wasn't great. First, there were several back and forth messages about the time for cleaning via text. However, I kept getting asked to confirm the wrong time. Then, when the cleaning time came, I got a message that the staff would be late. The worst part of my experience was that I got two quotes beforehand, yet when the time to pay came--I was asked to pay quite a bit more than quoted. The staff was friendly & the job got done, but I wouldn't use this cleaning service again.

Was looking for a deep cleaning for spring and very thankful I was able to work with Maria and Maria. They were very prompt and transparent on pricing. They were able to come quickly and did a fantastic job. They cleaned the baseboards, moved furniture to get dust bunnies, and did a great job on the windows. The team was extremely efficient and helpful. I have now asked them to do a recurring cleaning as they did a great job.

Placed a call to one of the Maria's and scheduled a time for a deep clean after tenants had moved out of our single family home. A crew of 4 showed up on time, and performed all the advertised tasks of a deep clean. They moved appliances, cleaned behind, inside and under them. Windows inside and outside (within reach) were cleaned and floors vacuumed and mopped.
The tenants had left the washer trap contents (YUCK) in a clogged laundry room sink. Not only was it cleaned but after they left I noticed that the water was not going down quickly enough. Jesus returned within 10 minutes

This team is AMAZING! The speed at which my 1600 sq foot townhome went from dirty to clean was unreal. Like 90 minutes and a huge difference. I found this cleaning services when I moved to peninsula. They helped with my move-in cleaning and carpet cleaning (the owner's brother owns EKO carpet cleaning). They are much better than the previous cleaning services I used.
The cleaning ladies are awesome and efficient. They always make sure my place looks perfect. My husband said our place smelled fresh every time after they cleaned our place. I usually text Pedro to schedule the next cleaning on the same day that the ladies come to clean. Pedro always gets back to me instantly with a calendar invite.

Maria and her team are great!
Her team has been coming over to my house once a week (sometimes twice) for several years now and I would never go to another cleaning service.
They are very professional, they wear gloves, booties, and mask during this covid crisis. And they're amazing at cleaning.
Maria is great with scheduling things that need to be cleaned in my home, she will clean the most used area and other weeks she will switch to dusting lightbulbs, windows and is great at alternating between things to make sure your house is always clean.

I have used Maria and Maria for over 3 years. They have followed me from 2 apartments and now to a rental house. They are absolutely fantastic. Quick, thorough, they don’t mind my dog. They are easy to deal with and flexible if something comes up. Their communication is good. I highly recommend them. Everything is spotless. The kitchen is cleaner than when I do it myself! Seriously. Give them a try, they are the best.
