After accepting the bid we were scheduled 2 weeks out with an appointment time. The night before, I was contacted to confirm the appointment, but the time was moved up by 4 hours. We made room in our schedule, and were then unavailable at the new time. We met them upon arrival, but were not around when the job was finished to give approval. They did a second rate job, left several branches that very obviously should have been cut off, and didnt cut off one very large branch that we specifically asked to be cut off. We called to get them to come back and fix the problems, but were never able to

Just because you can do something, doesn’t mean you should. Was rudely awoken to an absolutely thunderous sound right at the very hint of daybreak. Chainsaws ans tree chippers right next door. The city says a construction company can begin at sunrise. These guys started at 5:30am. Yes, the sky was beginning to lighten. But sunrise didn’t happen until 5:49 today. Utterly inconsiderate company. My neighbors went to complain and they were ignored and shooed away. An embarrassment to Tucson. Get some humanity please!

I had scheduled the pruning of several trees and the removal of a dying tree prior to the beginning of the monsoon winds. When Finest Tree Service arrived at the appointed time two days after the worst of those winds, there was much, much more for them to take care of, including a 20 foot section of the neighbor's eucalyptus tree lying in my back yard.. The crew worked with the precision of a fire department: everyone knew what to do and did it. The trees look great, even the wind damaged ones, and the yard is spotless. This is the third year I have had Finest Tree come out and trim my mesquite trees. They responded quickly to my request and contacted me within 24 hours for estimate. The crew as always was on time and left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. I love my trees and will use this company again and again.

Bryan quoted us and was super friendly. Took the time to explain the process and what they would do. Decent sized crew showed up promptly to cut back an overgrown mesquite and haul away a large wood pile. They got it done quickly and cleanly, couldn't be happier with their services. Will definitely use them again.

Eric, Eddy, Jesus and Johnny just finished taking down a 60 foot tree that was broken in half in a storm. They were so efficient and kind. They had to take part of the tree off of my tile roof so they cleaned off the roof and MY SOLAR PANELS! Then they cut up the tree so I could use it for my fire pit and cleaned up the yard when they were done. And they did it for half the price I was quoted from another company. So very pleased!!

My main issue is that I was not happy with the customer service from the admin assistant. She was dishonest in telling her boss she never spoke to me when I specifically called her, she said she would send me the estimate the same day, and I never heard from her. But that was fine but when her boss calls me (the owner) three days later and explains to me that his assistant never spoke to me or never heard from me (she is also on the same phone call - speaker phone), I respond that I did call and she then says "no I did not speak with you".....something was not right especially when

I just had a large tree removed by Finest Tree Service. Their quote was better than others and I'm very pleased with the results. They took care of the entire tree including the stump. After they finished, they cleaned up the whole yard and took it all away. They were on time, efficient and did a thorough job. I'll definitely use them again.

I have used Finest Tree service twice so far to keep two large trees in my front yard trimmed. Recently, I contacted them to trim a fairly large palo verde tree in my yard. They provided an emailed quote within an hour of the call and we agreed on a service date.
By the day of the service, the tree had dropped leaves all over my yard and I did not have a chance to clean them up before their visit. When I came back from work, the tree was perfectly trimmed up and the yard was spotless. I was very happy to see that Finest Tree Services was able and willing to clean up more than just any messes

Pretty good company. They do good work for reasonable prices. They aren't the cheapest out there but aren't the most expensive either.
The owner is fairly accommodating and will work with you.
There have been a few small issues with communication here and there but nothing major.

We had an old enormous eucalyptus tree stump on our fence line that had sprouted 4 more trees about 10 years ago and was breaking the fence. Since we needed to replace the fence, the tree(s) had to go!
I found Bryan here on Yelp, and decided to call him. He came right out and gave me a reasonable estimate, and even called the utilities for me, to be safe. They came and marked lines, he came the next day, exactly on time as promised. He and his crew had that sucker gone and ground to sawdust by noon! The stump had been about 3 feet across!
He left the yard cleaner than it was before he came.

Finest Trees did a wonderful job cleaning up our property after a recent move to Tucson. Bryan was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He arrived right on schedule and worked diligently throughout the day along with his crew to get the job done. Bryan did not try to hard sell me on unnecessary services. Instead, he helped come up with a longterm plan to maintain the property over time. Finest Trees removed a dead tree from the front of our property (it was riddled with mistletoe and looked quite unsightly). Many neighbors walked by, giving his work a "thumbs up."
