My family used Comfort Energy for heat/AC mini splits in our eichler. We live in San Mateo and they came from Milpitas, we never had a issue with them being late or trying to leave early. They were awesome! They did numerous walkthroughs with us and a final detailed walkthrough with their team to ensure we liked the mini split placement. I contacted Comfort energy to repair our heater just before Christmas. For a variety of reasons this process did not go well and we were without heat for many days. I gave this company 5 stars because of how they responded to and rectified the issues we encountered. In response to my many complaints, manager Craig took full responsibility and intends to "make good" on our distress and inconvenience. The excellent work of the technician Jose was very instrumental in getting our newly installed heater to function properly. This company has gone to great lengths to restore our trust

Darwin and Armando were great!!! They work well together both quickly and efficiently. Very impressed on the care they take when explaining the process and the mechanics behind the inner workings of the furnace that was installed. They were very thorough and wore masks throughout the entire job and completely cleaned the job site after they were done. They even put on shoe covers when entering the house. Definitely recommend this company to all!!!

I have used Comfort Energy for years, had a full heat pump installation done for our downstairs some years back, and today had a repair done on the 20+ year old upstairs system. I thought it was going to need a very expensive replacement, and was so happy with the honest evaluation that it could be repaired for less than 1/10 the price. Today our upstairs system is finally working again after a few years of ignoring it, fearing the cost - I shouod have done this years ago! :-)

We had an urgent need to have our hydronic heating system repaired during the cold winter. Called 2 contractors and both could have the service schedule only a few days later but Comfort said it might have a cancellation and could place me on waiting list for sooner schedule. Subsequently I was told a new schedule 2 days earlier than the original one opened up and so I took it, at the same time cancelled the other contractor.’s appointment. I had to replace two old gas floor furnaces in my duplex in Mountain View. Comfort Energy did an excellent job.
Eric the salesperson arrived at the best solution quickly, which was to have two gas furnaces installed with ductwork in the attic. He was also excellent in following up with everything to make sure that I had a good experience with the entire process.
Pat the manager did a great job of assessing and scheduling the work to be completed ASAP.

We received such excellent service from Comfort Energy! Our installer Oscar was great - knowledgeable, courteous and so quick! Our initial contact person Ralph was also great, we had met with him before and were glad to work with him again. They were very responsive and answered all our questions as well a providing all the detailed info we would need in future. Comfort Energy kept great records and history on prior visits and estimates. They were able to quickly install a heater to ensure we would not have to endure a 37 degree nighttime temp. During the night, our 37 year old furnace stopped blowing warm air, but kept cycling on and off. This morning, we called Comfort Energy at 9:25 am, spoke with the most pleasant representative who scheduled a service call for this afternoon. Eddie was here before 1:00 pm, looked over the old system, and made his recommendations. He left to pick up a part, and returned to bring the system to working order. Our 26 year old furnace quit and we decided to replace it and add air conditioning as well. Erik from Comfort provided a fair quote and we decided to move ahead.
German and Adrian showed up on time and did excellent work. My garage is cleaner now than it has been in years and the furnace replacement and new AC system are installed with care.
Finding people who care about their work and take the time to do the job correctly is quite refreshing these days. I cannot recommend Comfort Energy enough, they will be my go to for any future problems.

I have been a long time customer of Comfort Energy and would definitely recommend them for any of heating/cooling/ducting issues. I have used their services when my heater stopped functioning, my AC was leaking as well as when my ducts had to be replaced. Justin came out and gave me a reasonable quote. He was personable, efficient and quickly assessed the work needed. I've shopped around and these guys are quite competitive and decided to go with them. The crew (Michael, Raul, Jaime and Irwin) came out and they were top notch. Super friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. These guys installed the AC, ran electrical, encased the coolant line, tested and cleaned up all in one day! Normally this is a two day job. These guys were awesome! Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

German and Adrian carefully handled all the replacement process professionally. I little bit worries that my house is 3rd floor condo w/o elevator and it makes them hard to work but it wasn't matter to German and Adrian. He diagnosed the issue of my AC and fix it with replacing a capacitor within 30min. After replacing it, he also checked and tested other components to make sure there is no other issue.

Nima and Oscar took extra care installing our new AC and Heater. They were polite, professional, careful, and they cleaned up after. I had concerns about which breakers they would turn off while working, and they checked with me before making any breaker changes. They even went the extra mile, and added covering to the older section of our ducts that connected the heater to the ductwork in our attic. They took the time to explain what they had done, how the new devices worked, and were patient with any questions.

Daniel, German, Raul and Adrian did all the work. It took them a week because as I said my house is challenging.
I lived with these guys every day for a week and they were respectful and tidy. They vacuumed and cleaned up every night before they went home. They did an amazing job installing all the piping, the electrical and the condenser.
I am very happy with the result. The units are really quiet as is the condenser outside.

We had our furnace and water heater installed recently in Los Gatos. Armando and Luis were the installer. I could't be happier with the job they have done.
