Grier roofing installed our new roof and roof panels over our porch on July 28th. There were several issues with the installation of the galvaloom over the porch where the screws missed the framework and missing a trim board over the gable. We contacted them and Chris called us back and sent out a crew to fix our issues.

I called Grier Roofing on October 4 because it was raining down the wall in my kitchen. Someone came out on October 7 to assess the issue and give me an estimate. We had used them before, so I hired them on the spot and asked them to schedule as soon as possible. November 2, it’s still raining in my kitchen. I called the office and asked if they had an idea when they would be back. No information available, couldn’t find my estimate, etc.. I was told they would get back to me immediately. November 4, I called Above All Contractors. They came out, gave me an estimate for the same work but $500

We recently had a situation that involved some leaking from our roof. We called several roofing companies including our insurance company to look at it and all agreed the leaking was coming from the existing vents we had installed some 15-17 years ago. Grier Roofing gave us the best quote to replace all the vents which we did; however, replacing the vents did not solve the problem. Giovanni, the office manager, and his lead technician, Jeff, from Grier Roofing personally came back to assess the situation again and highly recommended we should replace the entire roof due to the fact the original

We called Grier Roofing after our roof was damaged from wind. It had to be replaced and Grier gave us an honest quote that was $2000 less than another company we had quote us. They were extremely professional, Jake and his crew did an excellent job. The new roof looks great and they left our yard clean. I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone needing a roofer.

I had hail damage from the April storm and Chris, Brian snd my insurance company stayed on it til everything was resolved. Brian kept checking in to make sure everything was still a go although it took a couple months to finally get started. Once the roofers started it was smooth sailing. They were done in almost a day. They were very friendly and… kept our yard clean during the process. When they finished the next day everything was clean up and you wouldn’t have even known they were here, except for our new roof. They were selected based on their high visibility in the area. I had them replace roofs on two separate homes. Then a tornado hit, and it all had to be redone. The people they initially sent out for the estimates were outstanding. Their bid was higher than any others but I went with them thinking I was getting quality work and excellent customer service.

So pleased with the work. my roof is not easy. A 1923 queen anne bungalow, with steep roofs, and an octagon room, with what one construction worker discribed as a witchs hat roof. They tore off layers of old… roof, put down plywood where needed, and put the roof on in 1 day! The crew was not only extremely courteous, but cheerful in this heat! they left the property clean and my roof looks wonderful.

I had great service with Grier Roofing a couple of weeks ago. I had another roofing company give me an estimate of what could be wrong with my roof and he said your roof is shot. It will cost $10,434.00. Fortunately, I had already scheduled Grier Roofing to come out the next day. Their estimator first said the roof looked fine but I showed him a… few minor things I was concerned about and the next day Brandon came out fixed a few shingles and for $245.00, I was a very happy lady and grateful for their professionalism and honesty. Cudos to Grier Roofing!

They advertise on their site "free estimates" and suggest you never pay a contractor all up front. Grier Roofing sent out Jeff Bruce who charged for an estimate and then said he wanted full payment up front. To top that off he never showed up when he agreed to when the builder was here to coordinate with him. No way I would use this contractor for anything. Totally unprofessional.
