I would give them 10 stars if I could! Our 27 year old AC went out and Nancy had Billy out within a few hours to look at it. They couldn’t have been nicer or more knowledgeable. It felt like I had known them for years! We got a great price for a new system. Seth and Andrew installed the new system within a few days(even though it was a very busy time for them). They were professional, friendly and enjoyable to have around. I can’t say enough about how pleasant the whole experience was! I will be recommending them every chance I get!

Billy and his team are the best! I have known Billy since he worked for another company and am happy he has made a successful business on his own. Seth, Austin, & Dustin were incredibly professional, hard working, and thorough! I don’t even think they took a lunch break! Our new unit was in quickly and work was done perfectly!! The entire staff is professional and the nicest people! They are local to us and they accommodated us so quickly and did a great job! They covered all of our floors and cleaned everything after installing a brand new unit. The owners are so nice and the best customer service around. We will always use and recommend them. So grateful for this company! My in-laws came in from out of town and we discovered the same day that our AC had stopped working. I called at 4pm, and Billy the owner was at my house by 5 fixing the problem! That is impressive, especially when you consider how busy they are during this time.

We woke up yesterday, July 2, to a hot house on a potentially 100 degree day. Seth was able to come fix our A/C for us by early afternoon. Seth was on time, had excellent communication skills,

I inquired the night before and got an appointment the next day on a Friday before July 4th! The owner came over to check my condenser and he did everything, tested the temperature and whatnot. He changed my motor but decided it didn't help at all, so he put my old motor back and only charged me for the visit. He didn't overcharge me or sell me a motor that I didn't need. Very knowledgeable and honest company, and that's what we need!
