Like some of the others, I took my car in and was given the run around. When I got my car back things were broken that were working fine before. A car part was left off. The interior was soiled and trash from someone eating was left behind. Greg May dealership did not care. I purchased the part from another dealership and paid the local mechanic to put it on. He also fixed the original problem that I had asked Greg May Hyundai to fix.

Friendly, courteous and beyond reproach in all areas of my vehicle purchasing transactiontion. Beyond reproach interactions with the parties involved in my purchase of my SUV. From Clayton, Ramsey, Thomas and the helpful porter, it was the best service that can be expected. The service center was most receptive to my operational questions, in particular Dillon and Bill Knight. Overall, I was highly impressed with my experience in all areas and love my new vehicle which was purchased at, in my opinion, an excellent price. Keep up the good work!

I normally feel stressed purchasing a vehicle but I actually had a different experience at Greg May. Ramsey the General Manager was very kind and informative during my visit and had complete knowledge of his dealership! I have never had such an awful experience with an auto group as I have with this one. I had my car towed on 10/13 - they had it until 11/23 before they finally acknowledged they didn't have the ability to diagnose it and it was going to be $450 to get someone there to do that. They also don't have a certified Hybrid mechanic despite selling Hybrids on the lot. While I was working with Hyundai corporate I was notified by my bank and Woody's towing that my car had been impounded. First the service manager tried to tell me they had notified me several times, I provided my phone records from AT&T showing

In response to the person who replied to my review, you are a liar pure and simple. My car does not have over 200,000 miles on it. I do not need luck in the future; I found a reputable person who fixed what was wrong for 1/3 of what you were going to fix that wasn't wrong. You obviously have no idea who I am and this is the pathetic b.s. you have come up with. People, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Read the company's responses to legitimate complaints and you will learn all you need to know about them.
Do not trust that they have a good rating. Ratings can be rigged so search for the other 1 star reviews

Clayton White and the Team at Greg May Honda created a flawless purchase process for me in buying my new Elantra. They were transparent in pricing and the challenges with the supply chain. Even when I asked for options in buying a used car or leasing, while they could have cleared out some inventory, they waited to make the right sale to fit my needs. Our salesman Clayton White was the easiest to work with and very communicative. My wife and I came in from Austin to Waco, and we do not regret the decision. The entire dealership staff was very sweet to our child, quarters for snacks and drinks, and included her in the process to make her feel included. Clayon was very accommodating, and he was very late and stayed over. Best dealership experience by far. Very satisfied. Will return.

If at all possible, avoid doing business with this place. I took my car in two weeks ago to have two recalls done and asked them to perform diagnostics on the AC system. When I left my car, they told me that they would get to it the next day. I called them the next day near closing time when I hadn't gotten a call, and they said they were backed up and couldn't get to it. Every other weekday then until today (two weeks in total), I called them and was told that they weren't able to get to my car. We were having to buy a van long distance. My husband, who worked in car sales for 8 years, called and went over in detail and emailed so it was in writing the things we specifically wanted checked, namely tires and automatic doors. It was confirmed several times that all was in good working order and that the tire pressure was in the best category and not close to needing to be replaced. Shopping for a vehicle is never truly enjoyable, but some places are incredibly dishonest and ensure the process is far more volatile. Welcome to Greg May Hyundai!
1. They LIE about the prices online, which I am reporting to Autotrader. They put a price on the vehicle then, once you arrive, they add 1886.00 in GARBAGE fees like filling your tires with Nitrogen, give me a break.
2. THEY LIE about the features of the vehicle, they show it stacked and loaded in the details, you arrive and it is missing MANY of the features.
3. They ask for a 500.00 deposit and make false promises on trade in values

Stopped in for an oil change and a tire rotation on my Sonata and had a great experience. The moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by one of the managers. I told him what I was here for and he directed me to the service counter. They took care of me and my car and had me out within 30 minutes! Definitely recommend.

Severely disappointed with the service this particular location has provided so far. My car has been in there shop for 2 weeks and still none of their mechanics have taken a look at it. It is still under their warranty which they claim is "the best in the business." Maybe at another Hyundai dealership but certainly not here. On top of all of this they haven't even offered a loaner car to help provide transportation to work. If this is the way they decide to treat a disabled veteran I recommend taking your business to a more patriotic location.

If I could give the service department a negative score I would. The most unhelpful, incompetent individuals I've ever met. When you buy a vehicle here, one the biggest selling points is the service and warranty included. Yet they don't mention it's impossible to get an appointment or spend less than 3 hours for a simple oil change. One instance I had to return 4 days in a row- even though I had and appointment 3/4 of those days and was told it would still be at least a 2 hour wait. I was contacted in a Facebook group by one of their salesmen after asking what other people paid for the same make/model/trim of a Hyundai I'm looking for. A lot of dealerships have been marking the cars up, and I was clearly looking for fair pricing averages from other buyers. The salesmen told me to come to Greg May Hyundai in Waco, TX so he could take care of me. He wanted MSRP + TTL, when I had an offer at a much closer dealership for already $4,000 less than that. When I told him that is ridiculous and insulting, he tried calling me a liar and continued to argue with other Hyundai owners

Stopped to get directions since my phone stopped working and I was out of state. The salesman came forward thinking I was a costumer I asked for directions and he barely knew how to use a phone I ask if he could pull up direction steps since I was out of state and he said something in the line of he had to go back to work while giving attitude and shrugging me off (kinda like not my problem you figure it out ) Don't salesmen approach vehicles all day and talk/show people cars. This guys couldn't even spend a few minutes giving someone directions. Good luck trying buy a car from these

I'm sad to say, three things I never encountered at the local Greg May Hyundai dealership over the past FIVE years.
We still have our first Hyundai, which we purchased when Waco Hyundai owned the dealership.
Let me preface my true story by saying we were loyal customers and still would be, but for $118, they lost our business.
June 12 Mike took my car in because the muffler was making a noise. We were told it needed a clamp. We were told driving it would be ok, that it wouldn't hurt a thing, and that the part would arrive the following

0 star review - absolutely horrible customer service. My car has been in the shop 3+ months. No communication and when I call to ask on details I Waac screamed at and belittled as they hold my car hostage . Would not recommend Hyundai in Waco EVER!!

Update - going on month 5 with no car. Have received nothing but rude comments from Sam May and have called asking to speak with Greg May and only get his voicemail with no return call. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Customer service is horrible. It's just as bad as the Honda dealership. No one came out to greet us. The sales person didn't even know what vehicles they had. My friend asked about one model. He said they had none. They had six! He was not knowledgeable about their product. When asked one question, he said he would have to consult the manual. We drove one car and he used high pressure sales tactics, resorting to even begging for a sale. I bought three different vehicles from Greg May dealerships and the customer service was horrid. LOVE the new car buying experience I received today! We test drove a Kona, Elantra and when I sat in the Sonata I knew it was the right fit for me! The guys that work at the service desk must be related to the owner. There is no way they would put up with someone so rude to customers. Somehow when my father took my car in he was quoted one price, now after over two months the price to get my car returned to me is twice as much as was quoted to us. It took them that long to fix my car! I have had my car for over 3 years and have been taking it in for a problem with the hatch. They could never recreate the problem! Now the hatch is broken and they could recreate the problem for over 800 dollars and it is no longer under the warranty!! Which
