Worst car place ever!! They lie about warranties and things that are wrong with the car when you purchase it as well as use a remote kill switch on the car that completely just kills the car every 2 weeks!! You can never get in touch with a supervisor let alone get a call back from one! If I could give 0 stars I would gladly have done so!!! Do Not Recommend they are all about scamming you!!!!

I had to drop my 5 stars down to one star for the terrible experience I had with Drive Casa. It wouldn't be right for me not to warn others. Drive Casa disabled my vehicle AFTER I made my payment, so I missed work and couldn't take my child to school. On top of that I couldn't get them on the phone to help me UNTIL I emailed their CORPORATE OFFICE! I have made ALL my payments on time so this should not have happened to me but it did. Drive Casa is extremely difficult to reach for help in any situation, but they are QUICK to call to remind you to make your payment and even disable your vehicle AFTER

Took a trip to Waco and came back on monday May 3rd, the first payment of the month was made on this day. Payment was due originally May 4th and was payed 1 day early on May 3rd. Made a payment of $304 on 05/03/2021.
5/04
May 4th was my day off, i went about my day, ran my errands, did my grocery shopping and came home around 6-7 PM. By 9PM we wanted to go and get something to eat. By then the car would not start only making a clicking sound, similar to when the starter is bad and does not start.

The customer service in the payment center is really bad. The first excuse was we are really busy. So then a few week later I call again in regards to my account at 9:59 am first thing when they open and was holding for 15 minutes When a rep answered and I explained why I was calling and she placed me on hold again Once again was told they where busy like really. That's a bunch of bull. Can't wait to pay them off.

Advice if you plan on doing business with this company-- don't expect any customer service once you buy. As soon as your drive off the lot, you will no longer be able to reach anyone one the phone. If you go in person, the person you came to see will never be available to see you even if they scheduled an appointment time to see you. If they promise anything and you forget to get in writing, that promise never existed in their eyes. If you need service done on your car, don't expect them to have appointments available less than 3 weeks from the day you called and don't expect them

Very upset, I called to have my vehicle picked up for service on last week on Tuesday,no one ever came, so i called back and they lady told me she was busy and forgot and they could pick it up Wedesday.Vehicle was picked up and call for update to see what the issu was - no one would be able to look at my car til Friday cause they were backed up however I was assured it would be looked it to see if it was something small and possible be fixed same day so I might not have to go without a vehicle for weekend, someone would call me friday. No call friday , I called at least 3x no answer, left a message

Very rude and unprofessional company! They do not hold up to their end of the bargain. Too many frequent company policy changes. They don't report to all 3 credit bureaus. When customers complained, they finally report to Transunion. Their policies change without notice. People beware! Do not trust these car sharks! You'll regret it in the end.
I would have given them a zero. They bribe people into giving them 5 stars. I was promised a full tank of gas but had to remind the person of it. You are better off getting your credit up or getting a co signer somewhere else. Heed this warning

Sat in drive casa waiting to get approved for 4 hours . Finally the only car I was approved for was a 06 Mazda with 136,000 miles !! I was desperate so I told them I would go ahead and get it then Elena Perez pulls out a huge stack of paperwork and explained about the insurance and payments every two weeks. As I sat there I thought that wasn't a very good deal . A 06 Masda 3 for $10000 . So I changed my mind and we didn't finish all the paperwork however they already charged my card for $1000 !! Why would you charge my card before we go through all the paperwork ?? I was told it would

Well my husband just got a car from here and the car already broke down, it hasnt even been 3 weeks and we are having problems.
