I want to express how phenomenal Peabody Construction is! Jeff and Bob were a pleasure to work with from start to finish!The quality of the work and product was the most important part to me. After speaking to a few companies, I knew Jeff was professional and knew what he was talking about. His workers were extraordinary, and before they left each day they cleaned up the driveway and made sure I could park my car. We had a rather large job done with pavers, patio cover, turf, and sunshade with 4 metal poles cemented into the ground. They did this large amount of work in a reasonable amount of time

I scheduled four contractors to visit my home at different times to discuss my project. After all four visits I felt most comfortable with Peabody and then waited to receive the proposals. Peabody was not the least expensive contractor but I felt after our initial meeting they would perform the best, use quality materials and capture my idea to the fullest. Jeff the owner of Peabody is professional and has out performed my expectations. He has made suggestions along the process that have made my project better than I imagined. I am discussing with Peabody two additional projects and plan on completion

At first, I was skeptical seeing how many other landscapers do business. But, Jeff (Peabody Construction) was true to his word. Hard working crew performed with meticulousness and precision. Based on my research, most reasonable quote with excellent results. We plan to have this company again for future home improvement projects.

I paid this company nearly $110,000 and they have destroyed my backyard. I gave the last check because Dan swore he would come back and fix all the issues. Now, he is avoiding my calls/texts. Cheapest materials ever. We started this job in the beginning of May, and here we are in October still trying to get them to come back and finish. Yes, it was a big job, but I paid them and they won't finish. I've had to call other contractors to do some work because I wanted it done. They laid pavers, then over sprayed the decking right on to them. They dropped concrete all in my pool and

These were one of the best contractors I've ever dealt with except for the owner Jeff. Dan kamer was the most amazing person I have ever dealt with not being and construction he walked me through the entire process over delivered and made my wife and I feel like we were special customers even though there was an issue with 1 of his suppliers he took my wife and I by the hand and guided us through this entire process

Initial communication was pretty slow but once work began we were so impressed by how quickly it all came together. It was also great to see Jeff or Dan come at least once a day to check on progress. Our new front courtyard is so impressive and exactly what we wanted. If you don't get immediate response just know it is worth the wait and they may be doing a great job on someone else's home. It was worth the wait.

Asked for a quote and was told they are booked. So don't bother. It's not often that we need masonry done but if they put their name on Yelp to pick and choose who they will help or not, big project versus a small project then really why take the time to add their listing at all. I'm being generous by giving them one star for being on Yelp and one star for a response.

Like most of the other reviews I almost didn't use Peabody Construction due to the fact that there was no communication from the company after Jeff and Dan showed up for the estimate.
Boy am I glad that I did get ahold of Jeff. He really knows what he is doing!
My backyard was a real mess and the flipper only covered it up with black weed cloth and tons of red dusty rocks. Did I mention that I had TONS OF RED ROCKS!!! Jeff brings in his crew and in about a week I have a beautiful new yard with entertaining areas and lush grass and trees lining the yard.

Got an initial response when I requested a quote and spoke to the individual on the phone. However, after texting again, the quote I was texted back per foot was higher than quoted on the phone. When I pointed that out I never received and respond and still haven't two days later. Based on previous reviews it seems as though this isn't the first time. Now after thinking I had someone lined up I have to look at other companies.

Not sure what happened here. They came out and quoted the job, I sent emails and yelp messages with questions and follow ups and zero reply.
Odd that they would take the time to come to the site and send a very detailed, multi page quote, then vanish when I wanted to ask questions and book. It's been 3-4 weeks and no reply at all. Something isn't right.

My wife called Peabody construction to get an estimate on a pool and landscaping on Thursday, June 7th, 2018. She spoke with Jeff Port, and he said they could be out the next day. Great! Quick response. 3 gentlemen came and did their thing and told me 7-10 days on a design and price. 2 weeks later still no phone call. So I call them. I was told it would be done that week. Here I am a month later with no return call or design. What was the point of coming to my house with 3 employees to waste my time? Bad customer service. Thanks for nothing.

Peabody Construction was working with our pool company for our backyard landscaping. They did such a great job we had them totally renovate our front yard. They removed 2 large trees with extensive root systems and replaced it with easy care colorful plants and palm trees. Peabody also installed block planters and stairs in the front yard. They look awesome. I have had multiple neighbors compliment our front yard and we are really proud of it. Jeff and Dan are great to work with and once they started the project they were working everyday until it was done. They did a great job of cleaning
