Adelle has been with West Carpets since 1984. Her duties and responsibilities are endless. She is involved in all operations and decision making in the business as well as handling any and all installation concerns. Since becoming president of West Carpets in 1995, Adelle has driven the company from a primarily residential dealer to a commercial dealer with a large contract base.
West Carpets is a family-owned small business that has been in operation for over 32 years. Originally located in Linden and moving to Rahway in 2002, we have been serving the tri-state area since 1984 in residential as well as commercial flooring. We have a full selection of carpeting, hardwood and laminate, vinyl and rubber flooring.

This was not the first time we used West Carpets. Each time we were happy with our total experience from start to finish. Pete and Adelle are extremely pleasant to work with. What a pleasure to deal with this company from start to finish. They were referred to me by a relative. I was allowed to take home samples and see the carpeting in my own home. I touched and felt it before it was ever installed. Pete came out and measured, the guys came in and installed in two days. Everything was done to my satisfaction. They were very very professional. The crews Worked very hard. It’s like waking on a cloud. Thanks to all!

This place doesn't even deserve a star for customer service. I went into the store said hello three times and no response we spent about 10 to 15 minutes looking at carpets and we're not even address the entire time we just decided to leave because I highly value customers service the lady was on the phone and didn't even pay attention to us it's as if we were not there
