Erick and his team came all the way out to our vacation home in West Hampton Dunes and did a first class job on our floors which were beat up from sand and salt water. They were quickly responsive, fairly prices, showed up as promised and finished in a very reasonable amount of time. Erick delivered on his promise to get our floors done so that we could move into our newly purchased older home within a very short time frame.

Eric and the Five Star team installed pre-finished hard wood floors in our children’s bedrooms. They did a great job with the install and got 2 rooms done in a day. The Bruce pre-finished product looks identical to a hardwood floor that was installed by Gorsenger Brothers a few years earlier.

Five Star Floors earn their name.
They removed old flooring and installed new pre-finished bamboo flooring + molding in my entire condo over the course of two and a half days. They made sure I got the molding style I wanted, and they even patched up some unlevel concrete subfloor before install.
On top of that, they really saved the day when the glue I purchased from Lowe's turned out to be expired -- they were quick to notify me and subsequently remedy the situation by recommending an alternative. They brought the new glue to the site the very next day, preventing the project from any delay

Outstanding service. Father and son business!!! Owner is very knowledgeable and gives you official quote so everything is transparent. Crew came on time, worked quickly, neately, and cleaned up after themselves. Owner also came to check on the work and progress and to speak with us. We also had our steps stained and they custom matched the hardwood and gave us 5 different options of stain. They took all the extra garbage and were very attentive to details. Everything came out very neat ( and I am very particular)

Five Star Hardwood Floors is a top-notch organization with very professional approach to business. Eric and his Father's team did a fantastic job from start to finish (Estimates to Cleanup) for a very big job in my house. We replaced entire house carpet with h/w floors, stairs and also got new baseboards. I must say for a job of this size the outcome was very impressive. After almost a year, Eric was very happy to come over to my house and correct a small issue - and that's the type of service I like. Taking care of your customer long after the project is done that's ethics. Great job guys and

I had new LVT flooring installed throughout kitchen and family room. They did an amazing job and the price was excellent. I also had my hardwood flooring refinished in the living room and dining room (stair and handrail included) and I couldn't be more in love with how they came out, price on point as well. If you are in the market I strongly suggest contacting them - Erick the owner is very professional and sweet and the quality of work will not disappoint!

I called this amazing company to do a big repair . We had our kitchen removed to uncover the builder never put flooring under the cabinets. Unfortunately it was in the middle of the new kitchen . I called Erik Friday February 1 and he was at my house February 2 nd to fix and replace missing wood he matched the color perfectly. Highly recommend this company honest , fair prices and very good work . If it wasn't for Erik I would have had to delay my kitchen renovation by 2 weeks . Thank you so much

Five Star Hardwood Floors was terrific from start to finish. Erick promptly returned my initial call and was available for an estimate within a day or two. He is professional, personable and very knowledgeable about the flooring job we required. He was expertly able to repair our wood floor and refinish to perfection. He also installed wood floors in two other bedrooms...all in 3 days! Erick and his crew worked cleanly and professionally. It was less than two weeks from my first call to the completion of the job. Erick was great to work with from the very beginning. My husband and I wanted to get our hardwood floors refinished prior to moving into our new home and Erick was extremely flexible with timing in case the closing didn't happen on the expected date. He was very responsive and professional. He met us last minute to take measurements before closing so he could give us an estimate. Now to the most important part! Our floors look absolutely amazing!
