DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Save yourself. I misplaced my car keys, so my bf called them to our location. The locksmith, Jesus, did such a poor job. He took my DL and registration form. He said my registration form flew out of his car window while he was driving. He promised to get me a fob key to make up for damage and loss, and then later said he had given it to somebody else. My car started stalling so I took it to a mechanic, who said that if I had ever had a key programed, the person who programmed it did it wrong. I kept calling the phone number asking to speak w a manager or owner but the girl

I was able to get same day service to have all of our external locks rekeyed after recently purchasing a my first home. The locksmith (Preston) patiently explained the process and prices and also some of the technology behind the locks. He took the time to clean the locks in addition to rekeying them and he walked me through the house to check all of the locks together before he left. Great service!

Seattle Key Locksmith quickly followed up with us and were very professional with a response on us being locked out. I respect their fast action and would be more than happy to use their services again in the future if ever need be (hopefully we won’t get locked out again, but you never know what life throws at you!). I called this company on a Tuesday after getting locked out of my condo.
First issue the locksmith showed up 1/2 an hour later than he said he would.
Then he kept taking off his mask after I asked him to put it back on repeatedly. It made me very uncomfortable.
Additionally the locksmith was really rude and didn’t listen to me. I called the company and they apologized and said they would make it right but then they never followed up.
