Was a relieving experience. My car had experienced someone trying to forcefully enter and messed with the locks so that it was difficult to open on one side and a tool had actually been broken off in the lock on the other side. Roy was very professional and efficiently took care of the locks. Will be referring a friend who had a similar experience.

I called few days ago to Element locksmith LLC to get a quote for replace my locks for my house because my keys got stolen.
Justin the locksmith tech show up after 30 minutes and did for me free inspection for my house.
He gave me fair quote for 6 new locks for my house + matching the keys for all the doors.
We scheduled again for same day around afternoon.
Justin came at 2pm and complete the job after 2 hours.
I have to say Justin did amazing job he explain me about all the things that he need to do for me.
He is a PROFESSIONAL!
He installed for me very quality locks and gave me a warranty

Great, fast service and professional!
My car key broke and fell into a sewer, so no hope. I worked with AAA and Justin was out at my car within the hour -- he is friendly and personable. I had a new key in less than 20 minutes and he gave me really helpful information about getting a spare.
Definitely working with Element again to get a second key.

I got locked out. Dan was at my home within 35 minutes of me calling and did a wonderful job. He initially tried to go through the garage in order to not have to replace the front door lock. However, after that didn't work - he replaced the lock. Once he was finished he went back in my garage to make sure that it was still on track and working properly.
I hope not to need their services again anytime soon but if I do, I'll definitely be calling and asking for Dan.

5 stars top to bottom... Tonight was my first experience with Element Locksmith. From my initial call I was immediately impressed. They were very friendly and sympathetic to my situation. In a very short period of time they had me set up with a technician who would meet me at my car at a time that work for my schedule.
The technician (Justin) was outstanding... A credit to the locksmith profession and a true PRO! Justin was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He had my new key ready to go in a about 15 minutes and even made me a spare giving me a new customer discount.

COMPLETE SCAM. Plain and simple, did not get into the lock, the next locksmith from a different company came and opened it in TEN minutes.
The man who came from Element took 1 hour and 15 minutes to break the integrity of my front door, created wood breaks in my door, frame, messed up my sealant between the door and the frame. He was completely unable to open the door, charged me money for his time, and left with less than what I got. I was quoted $200 to fix his disaster. Had he gotten in to the door he was planning on charging me 30% more than the more competent locksmith.

Last week, while out with my 2 year old son I accidentally locked my keys in my car. I called these guys. They couldn't give me a quote over the phone and when they arrived I was surprised at the cost so I wrote a one star review.
However, they went out of their way to call me a few days later and help me out with a new set of keys. (So that I wouldn't find myself in this situation again). They gave me one key for free and 50% off a second. They definitely went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate that.
All around really nice people they have working here.

At first I was irritated because they told me 30 min max wait on the phone, and it ended up being 50. I was locked out of the house with no shoes or bra and it was cold out. You get the idea.
That being said, the guy they sent was so helpful and kind it more than makes up for it.
I didn't realize how expensive it was going to be (I'm a poor college student) and when he quoted me I almost started crying because I didn't even have that much in my account. With my phone at 5% and my roommates more than 6 hours away, he let me use his phone to call other locksmiths to talk about cheaper
