I cant speak For other dealerships but my experience here was amazing the staff was friendly helpful, no one pressured me into anything which was the reason why my wife and I decided to purchase from them and even after the purchase they were ok with us Going to an outside mechanic to have a look over the car for leaks or anything else that may be wrong. Our salesperson Luke Was wonderful, the they won't sell you anything anything that isn't good here I highly recommend them .

I went in originally to buy one car and had bought another car. Kelley and Mike were extremely helpful and found a car that I can be comfortable with all around. After signing, they called to let me know there was another approval with a lower interest rate and payments. The service here is absolutely amazing! David helped us find a car for my daughter. We actually just stopped in to look at all the very nice, high end cars they have, thinking they would not have a car for our daughter. David was our salesman. He is so nice and not pushy at all. He was like, "I have the perfect car for your daughter" and it was! It needed a couple of little things fixed. They promised to take care of it and they did. We had a great experience at Grand Valley Auto. There was a gorgeous Ford F250 Superduty we were interested in but we were going on vacation. We let them know we wanted a mechanic to check it out. It didn't sell over the weekend and Kris took it down the street to the mechanic we chose. The mechanic said that Grand Valley had obviously done a lot of work and everything that was usually wrong was not - it was totally clean! Not one problem. I bought a BMW X6 in August and it's the best vehicle I've ever driven. After putting ten thousand miles on the car in a year and finally needing an oil change, took it to them and they took care of me fast and easy. Was able to roam the lot and found myself almost getting in trouble with an amazing M5 Blue... they have a great selection of high end vehicles and I'm sure they will be able to find what you need. Had an amazing time when we purchased our van last year. Jake was great and worked with us on every aspect. Here we are 9 months later and our battery is dead. I know I know, it's a used vehicle. The problem is, When we purchased the vehicle they put new tires, brakes, rotors, wiper blades and we were told a new battery. Welp, no new battery. We called and were immediately brushed off by their service tech and were told they never put a new battery into it and she has to "figure it out herself now". So now my wife, stranded, has to get a jump and head to Les Schwab. Horrible customer

DON'T BUY FROM HERE if you care at allllllll about your money and having a reliable vehicle. They are all about the bottomline- A SALE. Not your safety, finances, and DEFINITELY don't care what kind of burden they may be putting on you or your family when they sell you a car that needs work- work they aren't willing or don't know how to do...Any place can clear check engine codes temporarily--my fiancé drove his car off the lot in May, with the check engine light coming on the very next day. 13 times at the dealership, $3000 in "repairs" and his $9000 loan later-

So as we all know having to buy a car is never an easy process, for myself this time around even more so as I wasn't expecting to have to replace my somewhat new vehicle after a head on collision with a deer a few weeks ago which was difficult enough. If you want to support a Used Car Dealership that takes their test drives through residential neighborhoods at excessive speeds, feel free to patronize this company. Their staff and salespeople have no respect for speed limits, children, parents and pets walking along the streets of adjoining neighborhoods. For this reason alone, I would not support them, recommend them nor give them a single star rating. However, I had to give them one star just to post this.

Don't Believe the Salesperson at Grand Valley Auto Lakewood.
I am a single, 55+ female that purchased a vehicle from GVA, I made sure that the vehicle came with (2) smart keys and was assured that it did. I was told that it would be at the dealership when the paperwork arrived from the auction that it was purchased. I picked up the key fob supposedly it needed a battery and I was good go. I had a new battery installed and it did not work, brought the key to Stevenson Lexus (I highly recommend) and was told that the center of the key had been filed off, and it was not the key to my

I never leave bad reviews but i regret our purchase here.... first off, You will never buy a car here, you will be SOLD (being in sales my entire life it was hard to watch). You cant look at cars without filling out an application . This place is 100% sales oriented . Anything to get the sale, they will answer with a yes to every question you have no matter what and when you push back , they will bring out a different person to help close the deal. It's Sales 101 and they follow it well. We just hoped they were better than that . We were told our rate was $220 after giving them the weekend
