The installation went pretty much as they said it would, but 6 months later when I had a problem with the furnace, they informed me they did not do service work in my area. How can you install equipment in a area but not service it? I had another company fix the furnace and the parts were covered but not labor because they didn't install it. I wish I would have ask them if they were willing to service their product before I paid them to install it.

I live in a modular home and going into this experience I knew it would be a "beast" to say the least. Thomas, Eric and Red arrived at my residence at 10am on 9/5/19 and began to replace my original 22 yr old furnace and A/C. Those guys worked non-stop until they pulled out of my driveway at 10pm. They had some rough spots but forged through until things fit and worked properly before leaving. I told them that I would sweep up so they were able to go home after a 12 hr day.
