At W.W. Heating and Air Conditioning, Geothermal is not a sideline! We've been working with this innovative technology since 1989. In fact, we are the only heating dealer in our area that is a certified loop installer for geothermal. A geothermal heat pump taps into the earth's surface. It uses the energy and relatively consistent heat found in the earth, a pond, or well water instead of using outside air like traditional heat pumps.

Absolutely! Josh and Tom were an absolute pleasure to work with! Extremely knowledgeable and patient. I was a little concerned about replacing our current GEO unit and Josh was very reassuring and made sure we received the best customer service. They went above and beyond! Do not call if you happen to live in a mobile home. I had an appointment with them, even waited extra time to have them come to do work, just to have them say, while they were finally on their way, that they don't work on mobile homes at all. They actually hung up on me on the phone. Cannot recommend them. They should have asked about my house before they made me wait for needed service. Would have given 0 starts for unprofessinalism.

They are one of the few places that install and service geothermal heating and cooling units. I have lived in my house for over 25 years and recently had to have my unit replaced. They put in the initial one, which lasted beyond what it was supposed to last, according to the manufacturer . They recently installed a second one, and have always given me prompt service whenever needed.

I was very impressed with the super helpful, caring staff. I was only in town for a day and needed help with my mother’s furnace before I left. WW went out of their way to accommodate me, and came out that day. Very knowledgeable technician explained what was wrong, and charged an extremely reasonable fee. Will definitely hire again!
