Sent an online request for a quote. Received a voicemail message and returned the call a few days later. I left a voicemail message in the morning just to get a text message back around 9pm that evening saying sorry, it was like a Monday, yadda yadda and what it was I was wanting for my garage. I replied back to the text and never heard back. What a terrible way to do business. Never communicated with a business over text before. Probably a good thing as this was a precursor of how their service and installation would have been based on other ONE star reviews.

I called around at the last minute to find someone to do our new garage floor before we moved into the house. These guys did a great job on being able to fit my time frame AND had a great price, too! They were on time, called ahead, and finished the job in two days like they said they would. I haven't driven on it yet since it just went in yesterday, but I anticipate no problems.

Have to agree with Bob J on this one. Can't vouch for the owners' integrity but they screwed up the measuring, are poor at communicating the work schedule, but will promise the moon during their sales pitch. What should have taken 2 days, has taken more than 8! We have to be inconvenienced by having stuff sitting in the driveway longer than the HOA likes and more importantly not knowing when they are going to show up and finish the job. Customer service and communication are not their strong suits. Look around for other choices!

I was recommended to contact Garaginization when we moved to help organize our garage. Daniel came out and promptly went to work building the most efficient storage solutions for us in our garage. We were so pleased with the work he did that I called him back out to add some more shelves and hooks. He was so nice and professional - just wonderful to work. And, everyone I've come into contact with the company has shown me nothing less than the ultimate in customer service. I look forward to working with them on future projects.

Can't even get a courtesy call back. I have called the business number three times, sent two emails to the info@ address and even called supposed owner's personal number provided by fellow Yelp reviewer, nothing but silence. When you call the office line, you are required to provide all your personal information, then told you will be contacted to set up an estimate. Don't know why the detailed information is necessary especially if you don't plan on calling the potential customer. Had great hopes based on other reviewer's experience. So Sad.

I recently had a Monkey Bar system installed in my 3 car garage and wow what a difference did it make! I now have 5 bikes including some large beach cruisers hanging off the floor, and they are easily accessible. All sports equipment is neatly hanging, cleaning supplies have a well organized home near the door into the house, and the top shelf of the system holds an unbelievable amount of weight including coolers, storage boxes, and paint! In addition, I had a Strong Rack installed above my garage door which holds tons of totes that are neatly packed away for safe keeping and occasional access

Garaginization did a fantastic job! Robin, the owner, came to our house to give us a quote and show us samples of floor coatings. We then scheduled an install day. His guys completed the installation in less time than we were quoted. Garaginization also has a great warranty. If you are thinking about getting your garage floors painted, definitely give them a call.
