Garages were the same in a time not too long ago: outbuildings that used to be storage areas for abandoned vehicles, with dull grey concrete or even dirt floors. Today garages have taken on a more prominent role in home design- often designed to accommodate up to three cars, and most often attached to the home.
Commercial flooring needs to be both- attractive to customers and also safe, sanitary, and durable enough to withstand regular traffic, rolling carts, dropped objects and strict cleaning protocols. While many commercial floors may look great at first, they quickly deteriorate, stain, and fail to live up to the hype with constant wear and tear.
Kellen and his team did an outstanding job on my garage and patio. The men that performed the job were most accommodating and patient. They weren't satisfied until I was satisfied. Even their clean up after the job was done was impeccable. Both the garage and patio look amazing- like Kellen likes to say it- 'it is a work of art'.

Kellen and the guys showed up on time and were extremely professional. He was great with communication and offered several options with epoxy floor choices. From the get-go we knew what we were expecting and were very happy with the end result! We chose the river rock epoxy for our garage floor and it is so gorgeous. The guys cleaned up after themselves and took the time to make sure the job was well executed. We definitely recommend Fitzpatrick. They were wonderful to work with, very much family oriented and care about what they do. Thank you!

Kellen and his team did a magnificent job. Fairly priced, great quality and worksmanship, timely and very responsive. I can't say enough how thrilled we are with the work. It took longer to resurface the floors that was anticipated but the team stayed and got the job done that same day.
