Jonathan was the best! He called me back within 2 minutes and was at my place within 10. He was professional, efficient and had my lock opened within 5 minutes. Also, it was sunday afternoon when locksmiths generally don't want to come out or bill you an arm and a leg. They were very reasonable and he was just the nicest about it. Couldn't have had a better experience! Highly recommend.

A HUGE RIPOFF! A SCAM!! I called Sure Lock Homes last night when I got locked out of my apartment around 11pm. The person who picked up the phone was not the person who showed up. The man who showed up at my door, Ben, was driving a regular car, and was not wearing a uniform. For opening my door, not even rekeying, he charged me $307!! I got suspicious, but I was too scared to confront him all by myself late at night when I was freezing with not a phone on me. I asked for a business card and company's name, but he did't have the former, and could barely understand what I was saying. The

Most people aren't happy to call a locksmith. My past experiences with other "emergency locksmiths" have always left me feeling taken advantage of... I'm grateful to say that tonight was not the case.
I took my dog for a quick walk before bed (12am) and was horrified when I realized I locked myself out. I tried everything I could to get back inside because I the last thing I wanted was to wait hours for a locksmith and overpay due to my emergency.
After 30 minutes of struggling to get in and almost breaking my own window I did a quick yelp search and gave these guys a call
