His work truck broke down and called me immediately and let me know the situation, and apologized repeatedly. Then he shows up, and is friendly, personable, knowledgeable AND he took the time to give me advice and teach me about things to look for myself to make sure my crawl space stays good for decades to come. Adam Keating, technician, called me within 30 minutes and scheduled me for the next day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. His rapid response and excellent service prevented delays in my refinance process. Kudos to Adam and all for excellent customer service. 100% recommend.

I needed a termite and moisture inspection to purchase my new house I called around and got the run around from other companies. Then I was referred to Adam Keating from a friend for an inspection. He got me squared away for my services, and before I knew it I had an appointment set up! My initial appointment James was my technician. I had a great experience with Priority Pest Services. Their soonest availability was about 4 days out for our wasp problem, but I took that to mean they had many happy customers. Logan was our technician and he showed up on-time, was polite and clear in explaining the remedy he would pursue, and performed the service promptly and thoroughly. They were recommended to me from my mother ( they redid the entire foundation under her house for a very nice price ) and showed up to me ready to help. very nice very professional and great communication. They gave me very detailed advice and information and the company offers every type of fix I need to prevent future issues and fix current. ( fixing foundation, treating moisture, adding dehumidifiers, closing up areas not needed and draining thingy to catch the rain ) all in the same company ! I’m excited to work with them and complete the job.
