I cannot say enough about Freddy and old Country Tile we first went to Old Country Tile in May I thought I knew the tile I wanted I started working with Freddy and told him my vision he pulled out several tile and they looked great the next day he told me to tile that I had picked for my side walls was not available I said no problem went back we picked out a new tile this time I fell in love Freddie held my hand from start to finish he was great we spoke we could just make sure the tile was still available my contractor started the beginning of August and the rest is history my bathroom is gorgeous

Very customer oriented family business...went with my wife to get tiles...etc for our two new bathrooms...frankly designing bathrooms is not my cup of tea...but Keith was so helpful and attentive to details that I was impressed...he treated my wife with courtesy and more importantly... listened to her needs...that set this shop apart from the run of the mill stores...

I've been dealing with this place a long time... Well usually a great place with good contractor discounts, I didn't like the mask mandate ultimatum I was given at the counter. Still in all, Whether they believe in this 19 thing or not, I understand the other wake will continue to enforce this unconstitutional mandate.

I agree with the reviews in regards to tile selection... We went this past Saturday and it was quite busy but we signed our name on the waiting list and went to look around to pick up tile combo. We had everything picked out and when they called us. A sales person came not even a hello or a how can I help you she simply said are you ready and I said yes while my wife was on the phone with the contractor in regards to tile selection and square footage needed but I was available to speak in the meantime unfortunately the sales rep was so frustrated possibly with the last customer she took the frustrations

I am redoing my bathroom. I received EXCELLENT help picking out my tile in the Westbury location by Fred. We ordered the tile through Brandon and when they came in he personal delivered it to my house. They go over and above and deserve praise. Terrific selection of different tiles, accents, and everything needed to complete a professional job. Highly recommend. Thank you very much.

Amazing selection of tile. Super helpful employees. I had so many questions and visited 5 times before placing my order. Delivery guys were on time and very helpful too.
There is a lot more than just picking out the kind of tile. There is grout colors and edging and saddles, etc and my head was spinning 🤪. But everyone at OCT in Westbury made it so easy.
I emailed all of my selections and someone got back to me later that day to make sure that everything was in stock.
I went to 2 other tile stores in the area to compare. Don’t waste your time with anyone other than Old Country Tile!

By far the best tile store on Long Island. They have a great selection from basic ceramic to hand shaped and painted porcelain tiles for all your needs. Freddie has been helping us and could not be happier with his knowledge and the way he has been treating my wife and I. Our contractor took us to Old Country Tile over 10 years ago and we had a wonderful saleswoman help us design our bathroom as well as the backsplash for our kitchen. She sat down with us and we put our complete design in her hands because she was so knowledgeable. We still love everything she recommended. Today we went to Old Country Tile with one of our old bathroom tiles in hand. We wanted to continue the tile behind our vanity. It was Saturday and the place was packed, but I was soon greeted by a salesperson who informed me that they no longer had this tile which was not surprising to us

Been using Old Country Tile with my business for nearly 20 years. Been to countless tile places over the years and this is by far the best. Everyone in there is family and they make you their family as well. Service is fantastic, not overwhelming you as soon as you walk in. Friendly and helpful. Prices are some of the best I've seen to date. Staff is knowledgeable and selection is wide. No other tile shop I've been to compares.

Had a great experience. Had been to Home Depot & waited 20 minutes before someone could be found to help me. Here someone was responsive to my questions & so helpful. Gave them the price I found in HD & they gave me a great deal. Went back in 3 days to change selection & Maurice was so kind & again helpful, as was everyone else who assisted me. I recommend them highly!

Highly recommend. Recently purchased two types of tile, honed marble and crushed glass accent tile. Both were of high quality and a fair price. The staff is great: they ask you questions about initial ideas, budget etc and show you great options. Items arrived when promised. Brendan and Ben very knowledgable and helpful.
