After much procrastination I decided it was time to change flooring in my home. I went to Carpets and Us and spent an hour looking at vinyl plank flooring and getting all my questions answered by Stephen. I made the decision to get this beautiful floor ordered and installed by them. I met both Nancy and Carol who made this entire experience less stressful. My only regret is that I waited this long to get my floor done. Their work is impeccable. I'm so happy with the end result and the team at Carpets and Us made me feel like we've been friends for 20 years. Thank you so much!

After shopping for an odd sized area rug at many big named stores, I went here and Nancy was so helpful and spent a lot of time with me. She helped me pick the proper size for the room and the order was placed on Wednesday. She said it would be bound and ready by the weekend, and it was by Saturday. I was impressed by the quality of the rug and it was reasonably priced. No wonder she’s been in business for over 30 years!

Superior service. I worked with many contractors during COVID-19 while trying to move into my home on LI. There were hurdles to overcome due to the state of the world, and Nancy and Carol did so with a smile. I was very specific with the quality, colorway, types and dates for my floor coverings. We were referred to Carpets & Us by our neighbor, after almost making a terrible mistake. Nancy and Carol made the entire experience absolutely amazing. They are so warm and personable and have treated our family like their own. They took the time out to sit with us and choose the perfect carpet for our master and for our girls bedrooms.
